Super friendly staff and delicious ice cream. Doesn’t get any better than that!
Not only was the ice cream fantastic, but the staff was patient and friendly, while being very busy. In addition, when asked about a particular flavor, they offered a small taste and some advice on what others thought of it. This is an excellent location.
My girlfriend and I always like coming to this location i usually get a butter scotch shake with cookie dough and there's this nice guy that tale our order in the drive thru and always have a laugh whenever he takes our order due to him being humorous. I love the staff they are always friendly ❤ will always come back !
Great location good service had a mulch fire in the parking lot a couple of us and the Mrg kept it under control till the FD arrived. Mrg Adam grabbed 2 fire extinguishers to help us put it out great job to all who helped save the Ice Cream.

Graeter's has the best ice cream in the world. Their pastries are amazing, and the ice cream is to die for. My favorite flavor is Black Rasberry Chocolate Chip. You absolutely must try Graeter's!

Some of the best ice cream I've ever had! The inside was clean and smelled absolutely amazing. We moved through the small line very quickly and the service was friendly and fast. The ice cream was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality. They also have coffee and baked goods as well! Would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!

It was a great time! It was my girlfriends first time there and my second time. The staff was very friendly hand helpful! A old man with a cane was taking a long time to walk inside the store. After he finally got inside and paid for everything, one of the employees (a younger guy) helped the man out to his car. Held the door open, let the man hold his arm as he stepped down off the curb, opened the car door for him and made sure he was safely in his car before he handed him his cane and items he bought. He didn't rush him or anything. I wish i would have got his name.
Definitely the very best Graeters! The morning crew on 11/29/21 were so sweet and definitely made the experience (as always) a great one, never disappointed with the Harrison Ave location! Keep up the amazing work!!
Adam was very friendly and professional. He took our order and ensured the order was correct. Can't ever go wrong with Black Rasperry Chocolate Chip. I would also recommend trying the original coconut chocolate chip.
Always great service and efficient, cakes and icecream of good quality. If you want something specific from their daily bakery make sure to go early or it will be out by the afternoon. Otherwise Have yet to have a bad experience
