Very good fresh sandwich. The reason for the 4 stars is that the waffle fries were all crumbs with hardly any whole waffle fry. And they were not fresh.

You can't beat CFA, I saw a meme the other day and that it was 100% accurate. It said: "When I go to CFA I don't even check my order, I trust they know what's best for me"... Now that's having faith, lol! Great food and even better service, which is always their pleasure!
It's a good place but I wouldn't recommend eating inside the workers are really nice and the food comes pretty fast and easy even for how busy they are.
Even when they have a million customers, they pump out quality food quickly.
I’m hooked on the Frosted Lemonades and the Mac and Cheese. But I’m disappointed in the chicken offerings. I don’t eat spicy food. I tried the grilled chicken bites and sandwich - but they tasted over seasoned and greasy. I tried the crispy chicken, but was underwhelmed. I’ll keep going for the lemonade and the Mac and Cheese - I’ll eventually give the chicken another try - but it will be awhile.
Went to the Chick-Fil-A in Beechmont, OH due to the fact that the Eastgate store was closed for parking lot renovations. Ended up getting stuck trying to leave due to how the parking lot is designed. Worth it!
Loved taking the kids here. They loved the play place and the crowd. The food is great.
Food and service was great this location has a play area so the place was packed with little kids so it was noisy and packed kids running around everywhere.

I had an exceptional experience at the Chick-fil-a at Cherry Grove. There were multiple order taking spots, making the process quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean and always busy, which is a good sign. The staff was kind and professional, which made for a pleasant experience. They also had a great selection of kids' meals, which made it easy to order something for my little ones. I would definitely say that this is the best Chick-fil-a in town.
The people are always pleasant, polite, presentable and professional. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

Best fast food chicken sandwich you can get!!!
Love the food and love Chick-fil-A's stand on Godliness! However, had an issue with a pick-up order. The order was not ready upon arrival and after I had waited for some time, I approached the staff about the order. They acted like they were not ready, apologized, and got the order ready a few minutes later. Unfortunately, when I arrived home I discovered that it was not my order. My son-in-law had to return to the store to get the correct order.
A bit surprised and disappointed with my experience...
Great food. Have the best service and staff then any fast food place I have eaten at. Workers seem like they love their job which is great compare to other fast food spots. Only issue is drive thru lines are so busy
