Great low key place to grab a drink in otr. We went on a rainy Saturday night and had no trouble grabbing a seat and a quick drink. Love the vibe!

Sorry to see some of the most recent reviews. I couldn't disagree more. I think this place is very chill with a great atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to converse with us. The drinks we ordered were very reasonably priced as well. The octopus tank and all the 1970s decor is really cool and make this bar different. Will be back!

Awesome laid back vibe, cool decor, friendly attentive bar staff. Second time back and plan to make this a regular OTR stop...may even bring some vinyl in one Sunday! If you blink your eyes, for a second you'll feel you're in a neighborhood bar in New Orleans tucked away that only locals know about. Relaxing change of pace!
Stopped in on a Friday evening for a quick drink before a show at music hall. Small, cozy bar with an upscale feel and excellent service. Will visit again!
Friendly, fun and affordable - just like the best neighborhood bars, but it's also chill, cozy, and classy. Also, good background music.
Solid cocktail, beer and wine selections (at least a dozen drafts). Great bartenders and fast service. Nice aquarium. Happy hour and daily specials are pretty good deals too.

Lower lighting but still an amazing atmosphere. Also still a bit of a hidden gem in OTR. I have been going here for years and have never had an issue getting a set. If you are waiting for a seat at a close restaurant I highly recommend checking out Low Spark for a quick drink.
Low Spark is a cool little bar with great drinks and service. They have a modest draft beer list with a good variety of beers, several cocktails and even a few mocktails. We had a little of everything when we visited and it was all really good.
The service was quick and polite and the atmosphere of the place is just really fun and chill. Definitely worth stopping by for a drink or two when out and about.

A mainstay in OTR for over 5 years, Low Spark has stood the test of time for being a low-key spot with a simple list of excellent cocktails and a solid group of beers on tap.
The fish tank and low lighting make it an amazing date night spot with reasonable prices. Always find myself coming back.
Very sleek, classy bar offering creative cocktails and great service! The "pencil", named after one of the fishes in their tank, was my favorite.
Literally my favorite bar in Cincinnati. It’s a little hidden gem with amazing service, and HAS FISH! The bartenders are super personable and know how to make a really good cocktail. They know how to take care of their guests.

Low Spark is one of the best low key bars in Cincinnati. At night the bar is mostly lit by a salt water fish tank. Fantastic bar and bar tenders.

Tiny cocktail bar with a fantastic vibe. The drinks are great and all hand-made in front of you. Service was fast and attentive. We're here on a Friday night, and there's a DJ spinning super cool s*** in the corner. The crowd is young and hip. Could be hard to find a seat I'd imagine, but we did and are loving it. Great spot!
Wish I could get downtown more often to stop in to Low Spark. Always have a nice time when stopping in for a few cocktails. I love the retro atmosphere and the fish tank.
This cozy space with it's warm tones and textures is a vibe. Always a good playlist, engaging staff, and a well curated collection of drinks; Low Spark isn't flashy, but it's mellow and sexy. One of my favorite spots to have a drink and chill.
We got into the bar late at night, and were pleased to see that the staff were still serving and honoring the hours listed on google (rare these days, many places quit early). The staff were exceptionally friendly and pleasant. They were very knowledgeable about their craft, and the kept a clean and sharp looking bar. The cocktails we sampled were carefully made and absolutely wonderful, and two beers we tried were also of exceptional character. I look forward to returning to this bar, and it adds a third bar to my list of "must hit places in OTR" (along with S&V, and Liberty's).
