Ordered pizza and salad at 4:20pm
Was supposed to be here at 5. Called at 5:25 and the said the driver was just leaving. (I get it. Short staffed) fine.
It’s now 6. The first guy told me to call back at 6:15 if it wasn’t there by then. I asked for manager Manager. Manager has refunded half the cost.
~2 months ago I got the best pizza of my life…and it was delivered 10 minutes before my expected delivery time. The delivery driver is a local hero and helped me turn off the water line for my house after my hot water heater had a burst and probably saved me from thousands of dollars in water damage
Never ordering from the Donatos up in Clifton ever again!!! Rude and disrespectful delivery driver. I waited over an hour for my pizza. The delivery driver tried to force me to give him a tip after waiting a long period of time for my pizza. After receiving no tip he decides to talk smack on his way
Ordered delivery waited three hours no food paid online. They refused to send me a pizza because they said it was taken??? I didn’t receive it ….. this place is ridiculous, I warned you
First time ordering from here and will be the last. Arrived cold and barely edible. Threw it away and ordered a real pizza 🍕
Grading this for what it is, fast food pizza.
Great food, executed as asked. Gentlemen manning the place held it down despite the rush. Came at 9pm on 6/19
Excellent service and environment! Haven't been to Donato in years I'll be back. I was very impressed and the pizza and salad was on point!
They are super low on staff right now. It's important to be patient, especially in the restaurant industry. These guys are trying their best with the resources they're given. That being said, I've never had any issues with this location. Food is always fresh.
