An order was placed and order delivered. Then the driver called back and said that she had given one too many soft in the order and needed one of them back. I was given three soft drinks. I asked which one it was. She told me and I went to meet her and give her the one soft drink back. After the food was delivered to a person at our company, was told that there should have been 3 drinks in the order. I then called back the driver and told her that there should have been 3 soft drinks and which one I should have gotten. She stated that would I like a free bag of chips or a cookie for free since the order got mixed up. I told her to just put which ever since I did make the order. I told her to call when she was near and I would meet her at the entrance. She said that it might be a little bit as I guess she was on her way to deliver other orders. She delivered the food at 12:42 and the last time I talked with her was when I called at 12:46. Never heard back from her. Felt like she really didn't care if we got the other soft drink in the order at all.

I ordered online. Got a notification it had been delivered. It was nowhere to be seen. I call up the store. Whoever picked up said he’d call the driver to find out what happened and then call me back. Never called me back. I called the store back many times only to find out they closed for the night. Couldn’t be bothered to fix their mistake I guess. I sent an email to corporate because they owe me a full refund.

Do not order delivery much less food from here. I have ordered in and delivery multiple times. I have never got a delivery in less than 90 mins. I have been a resident close by for 10 years. I have ordered in the morning, per-scheduled delivery times, at non peak times and it doesn't matter. I have tried this location for delivery multiple times. About every 6 months I try, again thinking maybe something has changed as I live close, work close and this would be very convenient. This is one of the worst Jimmy John's I have ordered from or been to. I wish when I ordered delivery I could get it from a different Jimmy John's. I would suggest hiring more delivery people or maybe don't offer a service you cannot perform even acceptably.

They've done stepped up they're game, got quality drivers and in shop staff and they're always freaky fast and my order with ALL of the add-ons was perfectly done thanks again be back to eat again really, really soon, I love quality restaurants!

Used to be great. But new management seems to have taken over. Nathaniel, the manager, is extremely rude. I ordered a sandwich and the bread was uncooked. I asked for a refund and he refused and told me he didn’t care because he made the bread and knows it wasn’t undercooked. I told him I’d bring it back in and he said no because he wasn’t going to do anything for me. So i hung up and called him back to ask his name, he made me call four times before he told me his name. He hung up the first three times. Horrible customer service. So i went back in and asked for my money back and he said he could do that. So i said i would wait until he refunded my money…. He eventually did giving smart remarks the whole time. He refunded somone else instead of me because he wouldn’t listen to my name… finally he refunded me… worst service ever. I

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 cookie for delivery. 30 minutes pass, no update on app. Call and ask for an update and I was told due to the weather (light rain/sprinkles) they got slammed with deliveries and that mine was made but just waiting for a driver to get back. Another 30 minutes pass. Call again and ask for a manager. I explained that it had been an hour since I ordered and I would like a refund for my food. He gave me the famous "It's out for delivery" line. I told him I used to work for a JJs in Louisville during my college years (their busiest store) and regardless of weather conditions and time of day (lunch time) orders never took that long. He tells me the weather wasn't the problem and that they only have 2 drivers. Meanwhile, a female in the background is exclaiming that others have been waiting an hour and a half. He then tells me "Yeah, others have been waiting for at least an hour" Laughable service at best. I tipped $5 on the original order. Once the delivery driver did show up (older gentleman, 55-60 maybe?) I tipped him an extra $20 in cash because I don't want him to suffer due to poor management. After reading all the other reviews, it seems this is a pretty common occurrence.
EDIT: Our delivery took 1 hr 17 minutes.

Two separate times my #9 Italian Night Club had no meat on it at all. I ordered in the store and didn’t realize they didn’t put any meat on it until I got home. Have also ordered online for delivery and the first time it took 34 minutes to arrive (we live 7 miles away.) Thinking it was a fluke, I ordered delivery a few months later and it took 47 minutes to arrive. The quality of food is fine... if you ever receive it and if they remember to put the meat on it...

JJ couldn't careless about their customers. Take it how they want you to have it. It must be nice to have enough customers to send people away for a simple request. We simply wanted our tuna in a water cup. They wouldn't do it. Policy!

Love it. Gargantuan add peppers and jalapeno chips. I literally crave this sandwich. Its just so darn good. Its a ton of meat crammed into a 12" sub bread as well. I will keep going again and again.
