Staff was super friendly, service was fast and food was DELICIOUS!!! My first time there but definitely not the last!!!!! Grew up outside Philly and can say the Philly Cheesesteak is the best I have ever had in this area!

A few weeks ago, I was in the Hyde Park Plaza location for the first time and ordered a turkey with lettuce and tomato. When I got home, I found they gave me a salami with cheese whiz. No big deal, these things happen. I could not immediately return to the store because I was home with two kids under two. I was in the Hyde Park store again today and assumed that they would make things right with a free sandwich. I explained the issue and the manager said that she could not help unless I had a receipt. "Store policy." When I told her that either she could accept me at my word of lose a brand new customer, all she had was a flippant "sorry." I immediately drove across the parking lot to my Jersey Mike's where this would never be an issue. In 15 years of visiting the Hyde Park Plaza Jersey Mike's I have not once received the wrong sandwich. But I know that if a mistake was ever made, they would certainly not put the onus on the inconvenienced customer. I'm sorry I ever strayed Jersey Mikes, it will never happen again. So long Which Wich, perhaps you should use some common sense, focus on building long lasting customer relationships, and worry less on dated "store policy."

I ordered through doordash. I must say everything was finished quickly and everything tasted so fresh. It was nice and warm when it arrived. This was my first time trying Jersey Mikes . Always ordered from Penn Station. Even though I have to say I still favor Penn Station sandwich flavor over Jersey Mikes. Still will give them a full 5 stars across the board with everything tasting fresh. The cookie was ok. It had a slight plastic taste to me.

Wow! I've never had a bad sandwich out of this sub sandwich chain, and let me tell you I've regularly ate at three different stores, the Blue Ash Kenwood Road store, the Jersey Mike's at Kenwood and Montgomery, and now regularly at the Hyde Park Jersey Mike's, the staff at all three stores were great, the store was clean always, and like I said I've never had a bad sandwich out of three locations, now that's saying something! Just ask Danny DeVito!

We had lunch today and it was delicious. All the workers are friendly and helpful. A special thank you for Roger who is keeping the whole workers and customers in a great atmosphere to be in. Keep up the good work Roger

Clean shop with friendly help. Meatball sub was good but not quite as good as Subway's. I wasn't expecting that.

We all know the challenges of staffing the last couple years. This location seems to consistently have the same staff with positive attitudes and excellent processing of orders during busy times. Definitely a frequent stop for me.

Tasty food and the folks running the place were on point. I tried the Big Kahuna Philly cheese steak sub on wheat this time. I was NOT disappointed. Good stuff right there! The place seemed well staffed, and I didn't have to wait very long for my order to be prepared. We LOVE Jersey Mikes! This location in particular is so great, the entire staff is so friendly and nice. It's also really cool to see the owner behind the counter helping customers. Above all, their ingredients are fresh and every sandwich is so tasty

Awesome tasting subs and hard working staff. The credit card reader is finicky. Person before me entered their card 3 times, my Google Pay failed, and there was trouble with my backup card.

We have a peanut and tree nut allergy. Manager was amazing and verified everything was peanut and tree nut free. He even called the corporate office for double verification. Staff was very friendly and cooperative when we asked them to change their gloves prior to making our sandwiches. And the food was great too!
