Food is good, service seems indifferent. I've never had an issue with how my sandwich was made or the wait time. However the employees seem indifferent. They are neither happy nor rude. I love your tuna but it is so wet that the bun gets so soggy. There is way to much mayo. When you switched from cans to pouches it was ruined. Please cut the mayo . It should be one quarter of what you put in it. Otherwise we love Jersey Mike"s.
Jersey Mike's Subs never disappoint. I recommend the #9 club supreme MIKE'S way. Yum!
It's the best sandwich you could ever get. And you can make it however you want it. But more could you ask for?

All three staff members were very pleasant and the sandwiches were make well. Doesn't always happen at the Kenwood location, but staff working today deserves recognition.
ordered via grub hub and got the wrong size sandwich. manager went out of his way to make me the right size and come deliver it to me! really did everything he could to make a customer happy. 👍
I think Jersey Mike's products are easily the best of the many "sub shops". Everything is prepared fresh while you wait ,which makes a huge difference. It's not the friendliest place I've ever been , but I got a great sub and that's why I went there , not friendship .

Ordering is available inside the store. Plastic sheeting separates customers from workers. Food still great, workers' attitudes still wonderful. Thanks, Jersey Mike's, for doing it right.
