I just recently moved to the area. Logan and Jay are absolutely amazing. Each time I go in there, they are, 100 percent, the most professional young adults I have came across in recent times. They always upsell. As a sales manager, I love to see and hear that. They get me for a brownie every time. Always makes me laugh.
Kudos to these young men. Give them raise.
After having an awful experience at the Finneytown location, I drove here to get safe food. The workers were at their station, ready to help when I walked in the door. I advised that I have a gluten allergy, and they immediately wiped down their already clean surface to ensure the sandwich would be safe. Great service and great food! I will continue to visit this location!
Food is good, service seems indifferent. I've never had an issue with how my sandwich was made or the wait time. However the employees seem indifferent. They are neither happy nor rude. Used the order ahead feature and that worked great. I'll keep going until they mess up an order or the employees go from indifferent to rude.
I love your tuna but it is so wet that the bun gets so soggy. There is way to much mayo. When you switched from cans to pouches it was ruined. Please cut the mayo . It should be one quarter of what you put in it. Otherwise we love Jersey Mike"s.
Jersey Mike's Subs never disappoint. I recommend the #9 club supreme MIKE'S way. Yum!
It's the best sandwich you could ever get. And you can make it however you want it. But more could you ask for?

All three staff members were very pleasant and the sandwiches were make well. Doesn't always happen at the Kenwood location, but staff working today deserves recognition.
ordered via grub hub and got the wrong size sandwich. manager went out of his way to make me the right size and come deliver it to me! really did everything he could to make a customer happy. 👍
I think Jersey Mike's products are easily the best of the many "sub shops". Everything is prepared fresh while you wait ,which makes a huge difference. It's not the friendliest place I've ever been , but I got a great sub and that's why I went there , not friendship .
This is the best Jersey Mike's I have ever been to! I have been to many and I have never had as great an experience as here. The staff was great and very friendly. They were genuinely concerned about your experience and satisfaction. Great job folks!
Ordering is available inside the store. Plastic sheeting separates customers from workers. Food still great, workers' attitudes still wonderful. Thanks, Jersey Mike's, for doing it right.
this particular Jersey Mike's is usually spot-on I frequent there for lunches when I'm working and I spend a lot of money there. It is normally a very very good experience! Today was an exception it was a new face I had never seen and he had a way of doing things that was his own way even though I was specifically asking for it to be done another way it was irritating. First time I've ever walked out
