The lady that took our order at the window was super nice and friendly. The food was delicious as always. My only complaint is that we need more White Castle's built in Dayton.
Very very COLD inside the building. I go with my dad (94 years old) once a week and it is always is so cold! I would have given it 5 stars, but it is so cold. I know if I am cold he is freezing.
The young guy at the window seemed pretty upset about an order that we had placed in which he had overcharged us even though the manager had to explain herself to him because frankly, he was in the wrong had been quickly resolved

2am last night and I saw that line that told me they were open late again. I ordered three different sandwiches and onion rings with a drink. Everything came out correct, fairly quickly and lady at the window was quite pleasant. Good job White Castles!
