Chipotle has usually been consistent besides one time in Indiana but for the most part it's pretty good. A good amount of portions on the bowl & burrito definitely double wrapped with the extra tortilla option. The hot salsa is always on point although not spicy for me. It is difficult to find parking if the back parking lot isn't crowded & you can't park on the side. Very busy & crowded area of traffic since it's near the hospital & rush hour traffic.
Staff are respectful and hard working. But the current wait times and quality are clearly reflected in the shortage of work force. I enjoyed my meal, but expected shorter wait times. Still giving this 5 stars because this is a current industry wide problem.

Chipotle is great, but they seem to run out of key ingredients too often. I can't count how many times they have been out of my favorite protein, guacamole, chips, etc...
This visit was particularly frustrating as I was told that they were out of my favorite protein and guacamole. No big deal on the protein, I picked another (though I don't understand being out of a protein in the middle of dinner rush, repeatedly). The big issue to me was that on the separate online order station I could see a tub full of guacamole, so I asked if they would get it from there.I had this idea because this is where they got my protein from when there wasn't any on the main line. The associate told me that the guacamole was for online orders only. I then became frustrated and asked if they needed to put my protein back since they got it from the online order line, to which I received a blank stare. I then asked if I could order the guacamole online (being half serious and half facetious) so that I could get it. Another blank stare.
The people were nice it was my son's birthday they celebrated him cook them whatever he ordered well it was nice first time I've been there big old Grill in front of you cooking put your food on your plate good and hot awesome taste what was good.
Good old chipotle, mobile order wasn't showing up for them but they took care of it and make my food quickly
I needed a quick but healthier lunch as I work nearby and only have 30 mins. I got back with a few minutes to spare so I was a happy customer. The food was fresh and hot.
Bowls where super full, quesadillas where made great. Super friendly staff, awesome job!
lovely place to eat after a long day of work
My only issue is the last 2 times we have been there, they are out of veggie fajitas. It was like 2 weeks apart from each visit. Everything else was perfect!
