Had some late night breakfast following a Reds game and the service was great. We were seated quickly and our server was great and patient with my grandkids who were wired as could be at midnight. The food was amazing and everything was hot and came out together. Will be eating here again when in the area. Norwood is a nice place to visit.

Final Edit - Revised from 1 star to 4 stars: I ended up calling again the next day because maybe the employee forgot to relay the message or the manager got busy. The manager was actually who picked up this time (probably better I had a day to cool off anyways) and was already asking how he could fix the issue before I got through the first order's issues last week, which weren't so bad, but still listened to everything I had to complain about, apologized and ensured I had the order correct today. When I came in, the staff had so much confidence that it was accurate I didn't check before I left, and when I got home everything was perfect. Thank you guys for listening, I know food service is brutal, especially big chains. Original complaint that was addressed: What's the difference between curbside and regular pickup? I know they can't control all the problems I had with online ordering but I called and let them know I was here like the sign says and they said "yup it's ready" I waited a couple min and no one came out so I went inside and everyone was standing around talking with no customers inside. It takes 30 seconds to bring food out >.< the conversation wasn't going anywhere. Plz remove curbside it's not an option here. Edit: They also didn't give me the blueberry topping Edit 2: the cutlery pack was open and missing a fork Edit 3: After I realized I also didn't get my hash browns I called to speak to a manager. They weren't in so I was told they'd call min in 20-30 min... it's now 4 hours later. I'll call again tomorrow I guess. I wouldn't be upset if this wasn't the second of only 2 orders I've placed with them that my order was messed up and I didn't get the pickup selection I requested. Especially the pickup thing, that seriously wouldn't have been that big of a deal if there weren't a handful of employees standing around talking during a slow weekday afternoon BOTH times...

I'm the door at 11pm... 12:26 still no food... managed to drink 4 pots of coffee while waiting... server was nice to us but IHOP failed to staff the location appropriately. It's unfortunate that we had to wait so long. If you are willing to wait and socialize a few hours this is the spot!! If you are really hungry grab some McDonald's before coming here. Thanks IHOP for the lack of customer appreciation.

Walked in, almost no customers, and had to fairly loudly announce that I needed assistance... a few minutes of meandering around looking for someone brought somebody out, and she was very nice and helpful from that point. I was disappointed to find that their "to-go" coffee size for a large was 16 oz, and not all of the 7 cups I ordered were filled completely, but I didn't have time to argue as it was the day before Christmas eve.

Jeff has turned this place around… it’s now my best breakfast place.. where before him, I avoided it at all cost.

Popped in for a short stack and sausage. I ended up getting the Beyond Meat patties. They went well with the pancakes. Service was a touch slow. The pancakes were better than I remembered them to be. Perkins is still my favorite but IHOP will do in a pinch. Thumbs High. 👍

I came in after work with my husband. You could tell they had a rough night and where tired but they never came off as anything less than nice. They talked to us and were extremely polite and patient. The food was amazing some of the best IHOP I've had. Everyone greeted us and shared conversation as they worked. Extremely satisfied.

The manager Jenn is outstanding!! Not only was she greeting you with a kind smile but she was also serving and cooking your food also .... With a smile ! She is by far underappreciated and clearly deserves a lot more from this company!! Way to go girl and thank you for showing up no matter what w a smile ! This place wouldn't be open without her it seems .

Late night 🌙 4am after enjoying the night life downtown. This was the closest sit down and enjoy some breakfast spot. And it was great. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, our food was fast and delicious. The only down fall was it was so cold in there..my coffee had ice .. guess that makes it an ice coffee.

I had some free pancakes from t-mobile. Online ordering was pretty easy and pick up was easy even though it was pretty busy inside. The pancakes were fine, but not sure why anyone would pay $8 for 3 pancakes you could easily make at home

My mom loved her omelet, I loved the pancakes as well as my nephew. The only issue was a couple of servers with many tables, so we had to wait a little. Overall, great!

I brought a group of 9 church members for Breakfast on Xmas after a brief service. We were sat out of turn. And a large, very nasty waitress decided that because her fellow staffer sat us out of turn. That we should not get service until everyone before us should be served. Several waitress tried to serve us drinks, but this rude loud manager stopped them at every turn. As Pastor I asked to speak to the GM who was in the back cooking but he never came out. I found it interesting that a waitress was allowed to cuss, disrespect and openly treat her fellow workers like that. I will say that IHOP don't have to worry about us returning which is bad because we are close to this location and my members frequent here (use to). My advice, don't come here even for a quick bite to eat. There attitudes are crazy. I give the star for our waitress, she was pleasant and treated us well (several times she had to fight back tears because of the staff earlier described). We got here at 11:30 it's now 1:06 and they still haven't served us! It was a misunderstanding but not on our part. Never ever, ever never!
