Food was good. Service was good. There was a very long wait, but the two associates I saw where working really hard. They asked me to pull around to the front, and had my food out to me in no time.
I'm a local in colerain and I've been to this taco been multiple times since it opened about 2 to 3 years ago and it always was a problem. Whether they forget my taco, drink , give me the wrong order multiple times. They even charged me extra for a taco they didn't even give me nor had i asked for
Most rudest management ever. Walked in and did not even get anolaged that I was standing there. Then waited for ever for 4 things when I was the only one standing in there.
Terrible Taco Hell! Went through the drive thru , tried to ask question through the microphone no response. The person then asked snappingly as to what do we want to order, since it's so cheap we just ordered whatever and went to the window. A disgruntled Doordash man was also waiting for his order
Only ordered two tacos with extra cheese...$1.20 for just cheese...drive thru screwed me. Not a location I am near or frequent so a "next time refund" isn't an option. Definitely a place you should hold up the line to check your order before you pull away. I don't mind paying for food I ACTUALLY get
