The one one the left is 10 months ago, the last time I ordered online until tonight. I’ve been going in person but bravo. Big change. Maybe it’s a beginning of the week versus end of the week thing. A GM should know how to keep their inventory in stock but good job tonight Chipotle.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting a renowned, nationwide Mexican grill restaurant, Chipotle. Many had recommended this eatery to me, including SP, a former Culin
I usually stop at this location once a month after work. The food was great; however, they were out of steak at 5 pm, smh. Had to have chicken added instead. The food was still great. Service was good. My order was to go, and it was quiet inside.
It was cool. I love the food. But at this particular store you need the exact change or a card and they always run out of certain items...maybe they're busy I'm not sure.
Kids love it. Probably because it's "cool" and has rice. The place is fine, it makes "cheap"/quick sort of mexican plates but the employees are sad making them and the place is dirty (sticky floor, etc) from the "cool" factor groups coming through. It's cold and sterile (not the clean kind.) But i
Very nice young man served me. His coworkers were no where in sight to help assist on the line, he was quite upset, yet he kept his composure while serving me. Job well done young man. Overall my experience was good.
Food is always good. Service leaves a lot to be desired. The kid went to get more chicken for my bowl and when he came back he went to the next customer, leaving my bowl sitting on the counter. I had to remind him that my bowl needed the chicken that he had gone to get. He was just going to leave
Employees cared so little about the portion guidelines because they wanted to go home. We got LOADED bowls and tacos, so they'd use up the ingredients.
10/10 Employees, 11/10 portions, 100% satisfied.
I tried to call this store just now to compliment them and thank them for making my burrito so well but it's 2023 and their stuff's all automated and I couldn't get through haha. But this crew made me what I needed and I'm grateful.
The food and service really depends on the day. Sometimes things are overly salty and other days everything is bland,one thing for sure they will be out of something weather it be rice, chicken, cheese or all 3
