They no longer have waitstaff. It's all automated, so there isn't much interaction. Those who spoke with us were very nice.

This Steak ‘n Shake has been redone and it’s great!!! It’s a multi kiosk area where you put your order in, no servers, then you grab your drink and take a seat and wait for your order to be called. The kitchen was fast and efficient, we waited less than 10 mins for our food on a Friday night. Emily

Went through drive thru later at night. My steak burger was fresh, the fries seemed to have been made in old oil, though. Now, where it shines. The cotton candy milkshake was amazing. And just how blue it is, wow. If you like cotton candy, this is the one to get.

Went right at noon, but service was quick and the food was delicious. The only reason this lost a star is because everything has gotten really expensive. A burger, fries, and shake was $14 somehow. I remember that being around $10, but I guess this is inflation.
