Food was wonderful! Special orders were correct. Friendly employees. Clean play area, kids had a blast and I relaxed while they played! Great visit :)

- update .. still about 4-4.9⭐.. just can't quite get to that 5er. Various reasons.
- they RAN OUT OF KETCHUP !! how do y'all run out of ketchup. Run down to Kroger's or go over the Friendlys & grab some packets. There's a McDs 3 miles down the road , go swipe so w from them. & This is during lunch rush.
- the ice machines were low on ice .
- it's not the particular location , it's more of a corporate thing ( but no lemonade or something, just tea or pop )
- OTHER than that, food was better than usual. Fresh, hot, nice.
- the play room was cleaned, I can tell bc the floor was still wet from mopping. bad for kids in kids, but better than a nasty sticky floor.
- bathrooms were very clean & they were JAMMING some jazzy tunes. Id be happy to sit in there for awhile & jam to it.
- I'll be back !!!!! I drove past 5 McDs closer to the city to come to come to this location, for obvious reasons . It didnt let me down !!!
2018 - Mmmmmm. I'm loving it. Even though it was closed I was able to order inside. very friendly
Stopped at Finneytown McDonald's before grandson football game. Wait time was 20 minutes. Short staff was explanation from manager. All customers behind us were recieving their foods, not us. Went inside for refund not pleasant. Customers try to understand if you are given heads up at the intercom before placing order. Common curiosity.
I come through the drive thru every morning before work and sometimes even on the weekends. Got to shout out the manager Hailey, and at least my two favorite people to see in the morning at the windows which are Kip and Paulette. No matter what, they're always there greeting me with a smile and friendliness. My orders are usually always right, but there's 2 occasions in which things got a little bit messed up but Hailey made sure they were immediately fixed. This is a top tier restaurant and so far my favorite McDonald's ever!! It's no wonder they're always busy but I've never spent an excessive amount of time here waiting for food, no matter how big my party is. Just wanted to thank everyone I interact with there for everything you do.
I said I wasn't going to go back but my grandma always told me that you must always give people a second chance and after my last experience I was hesitant but I never questioned my grandma. I decided to give them a second chance because no one is perfect, and we all make mistakes. And I am soo glad I listened to my grandma and gave them a second chance. Food was hot and fresh and service was beyond outstanding. Thank you McDonald's for this visit, I am more than Satisfied and I encourage you all to give that restaurant that upset you a second chance. It will be worth it☺️
I went to this location today (8-2-23) at night and the sweetest woman went above and beyond to make sure than my single item order was able to be made. There was no need to be as great as she was, but she was anyways.
Drive through. Fast food indeed. I said, "Quarter Pounder with cheese. That's all." He said the price. I drove around to the window and paid. Drove to the next window, they handed me a bag. Hot and fresh. Everybody pleasant. No repeated questions or answers. My view is that drive through only makes sense if you are going to eat it in the car. By the time you get home, it's too late.
New sign says, "FASTEST DRIVE THRU" and boy, do they live up to it! In and out in 180 seconds. Super impressed - keep up the awesome work!
Their icecream machines are always down, but when they're not. Food is tasty. Well sometimes the fries are not fresh. . .bleh
Just went through the drive thru at the Finneytown store. Food was good and hot. Only thing is they forgot nugget sauce… but not a big deal. Employees were super nice!
I haven't been to this McDonald's in quite some time just because it's out of the way for me and I've had bad experiences in the past but I will say things have changed at least with the morning staff. Very friendly and very efficient. VERY appreciative of that.
I love it we was eating out but I wish their children's play area was open not closed for whatever reason
The service was quick. There was only one other child on the play place so my children had a lot of fun. It was clean and presentable. We enjoyed our visit.
