I have always enjoyed the food there. They don't have some things I want (e.g. Thai Iced Tea), but they are the only ones I've found with a good peanut sauce curry. P.S. Previous reviewer was correct that the food isn't very spicy - you have to be VERY clear that you want it hot.
Great food and good value. If you like authentic thai, this is the place for you. Next time I visit, I will definitely kick it up a notch as I ordered a 5 and it was more like a 1. If you are a fan of spicy, go more on the 12 to 15 range. Great experience.
Nice place. Often gets a huge lunch rush but is generally quieter for dinner. Overlooked by most people but kind of a hidden gem. The owner, Elle, is actually from Thailand so it's very authentic. Waitstaff is never rude. Can't say enough good things about this place.
I love this place! They have high class dishes, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that spot is a real pro, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The food is always of high class, the attitude towards the visitors is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unhappy. Highly recommended.
Quiet, small, good food, nice staff. Shared the yellow curry and pad thai, both are yummy. Pad thai was a little more soy sausy than I'm used to but still really good. They've got home made sweet and sour for spring rolls that was amazing.
This is one of the best Thai places in the tri-state. The beef pad thai is awesome! You must try the tom kha(chicken coconut soup). Some of the the best tom kha I have ever had. I have gone to many Thai resturaunt in Cincinnati and this is one of the best! I would recommend this restaurant to any Thai food fan or anyone who wants to try something new. Keep up the good work, Bangkok Express!
Tiny little place. Worried me at first but WOW.
We got the crab rangoon for an apatizer and it was perfect! Hot, delicious, and tons of flavor!
The peanut curry was my main course for the night. Definitely got to get back and try the rest! The peanut sauce was just sweet enough, and had just enough spice for the perfect flavor.
Thanks guys!
This is my favorite Thai food in the city. If you like it spicy ask for a side of her homemade hot oil. It's incredible! I eat here like twice a week because of it.
What I ordered was flawless; good authentic taste and lots of flavors - chicken peanut curry, drunken noodles, pad thai. Highly recommend trying this place!
The Thai fried rice and yellow curry seemed a little better than most places I've frequented, but the décor and service was nothing extraordinary. I would choose this location over other Thai places in the area. Dinner prices in the $12-$16 range.
