Review Dunkin' - Cinnaminson

Went there 45 mins before they were supposed to be closed. Was told they are closed. Even tho sign on door says open till 9pm. Should of known better to go to this location. Never again.

These people do not know how to work. I used to work at dunkin and know how to make food. I ordered a croisant a bagel and cream cheese and hasbrowms. These people are super aggresive, and i heard them say in spanish “ima burn it” they burned my food and when i said these are burnt they refused to make another one. They said do i work at dunkin and do you? I told them i did and a croisant gos for 10 seconds and bagel goes for 20. But they put ihem together which would obviously be burnt. They started arguing when i said to make another one. now, i ordered some hashbrowns 6pc and they only put two in one bag. Terrible service do not reccomend.

This location Has literally never once gotten my order right. I just ordered a breakfast sandwich that still had the wax paper that the bacon comes on, or some kind of paper

Not bad but no drive thru, restroom wasn't working.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is going downhill fast I feel bad for the owner it is absolutely disgusting in there the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years staff is very rude and unfriendly unwilling to help the customers. There are flies flying all over the donuts every day. The bagel and muffin machine has been broken for months. I would give this Store zero stars if I could. My entire family one by one has stopped using this Duncan they have lost over 15 customers in my family alone this month. They should just close the doors permanently or sell it to an owner who actually cares

Shut it down at this point. Never seen such a disorganized unprofessional dunkin in my life. Bring back the old workers. How do you not have bagels or bread in the morning. Was going to get a donut, fly’s all over them. I dont want any refunds or any money out of this review please. Just crazy to think how this place was run before to this..

Super slow location... Definitely to much time spent in door waiting for coffee. With a ton of people coming in that don't know the proper way to wear a mask. Nor is or was anyone keeping 6ft in line as there wasn't enough room for the amount of people in line waiting for their orders. We are in a very serious pandemic, please do better at keeping your staff and customers safe. Thanks!

The woman making the food had her mask under her chin the whole time I was there. Breathing on everything. Attitudes because I asked for a chocolate stout cold foam. Got a black iced coffee. Asked for the foam. Got more attitude. My Covid infected avocado toast was decent.
