Review Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cinnaminson

I keep giving this place a chance, but today is it. I placed an order, figuring they HAD to have their best team on a Saturday night. Nope. Two people making food, one doing kitchen. No urgency in anything, my order was supposed to be filled at 6 and I got there three minutes of. The place was filled with people; some had been supposed to pick up at 5:30. I left after spending 20 minutes trying to cancel my order in the app. DO NOT GO HERE.

I placed my order at 6:40pm,my pick up time was 7:40, I didn’t get my food till 8:20. They completely got the order wrong. We ordered chicken burritos and they gave us steak. The burritos were completely falling apart and very small. I ordered a large bag of chips and a large guac There was barely any chips and they gave us small guac. I watched an employee make himself a burrito before I received my order. I was in the store with 30+ people and I ended up leaving last, Multiple people stormed out while I was there. I was robbed of my money and time and this isn’t the first time, I will never go back to this place again.

because i finish work late… this is the second time i came here before 9:35pm and they’re closed. they either need to update their google ads and store to say closed correctly. waste my gas and time twice.

This chipotle location is fine I just don’t understand why it’s closed on Sundays at 4pm but online and the door says open daily til 10:00pm?

I placed an online order on Thursdays 3/31/22 or around 7:40pm my order to be picked up by 8:00pm. I arrive at 8:04pm to pic up my order to witness two other customers frustrated nd upset that they to had placed online orders and the staff and manger are packing up and preparing to close early. The manger told us to go online and request for a refund 🤦‍♀️ I have visited this specific location 3 times in the past season. If it's not the trash over flowing the tables dirty short on food or simply closing earlier this place is a disappointment in so many ways..

ordered online and this is disrespectful as hell. 3rd time my order was screwed up here. where is the rice??? why did i get so much bean juice. disappointed and wasted money.

This one is garbage, it’s never open consistently and when they are open half the time they only take online orders. They also never have anything posted on the store or o line when they are randomly closed at 5pm on a Wednesday. The one on 73 next to the AMC is open at the posted times and is better anyway.

this location sucks. couldn't order inside. had to wait longer then the ready time. then on top of all that the order was wrong. fools added lettuce and forgot the rice. it was clearly typed on the ticket. wont be back here again.
