Unfortunately, suffering the woes of most businesses today...Poorly staffed, very long wait lines, Slow service.
More concerning was workers concerned about being Off work in 15 mins, got simple Order Incorrect, and was Totally unable to give back correct change...Sad state of affairs Unfortunate
Took them like 10 years to change the price on coffee and in the last 2 years, it's gone up by almost $2, not to mention how much it costs to get something for all 6 of my kids. Still love their coffee, but I find myself going there less often due to the cost and the state of our economy, aka covid.
Disorganized; lazy, indifferent service. They got half my order wrong and never brought the other half. Won’t be back.
Ordered an iced coffee, had a ton of coffee grounds in the bottom, they won't answer the phone, corporate won't do anything. Poor customer service.

The wait is usually quick , even with a full line/drive-thru , which is very nice ! The coffee is always good ; never tastes like the pot hasn't been cleaned or burnt like it's been on a warmer forever . They often don't have the chocolate glazed donuts I want or bagels , which is kind of inconvenie
