Had a Mother's day lunch with girls. I got the Summer Garden sandwich. The bread was fresh, soft,and tasty. Vegetables in the sandwich were good and I've never tasted dill spread before it was good. I will definitely go back and order it again.
This was such a wonderful treat! The menu is fresh and comfortable. The food quantity corresponded with the price and was of a really nice quality. The coconut cream pie was out of this world! The staff was so friendly and it made for an amazing lunch.
The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of observance to covid protocol. None of the staff wore masks, the dining wasn't spaced, and many customers walked about without masks. It made for a slight discomfort but due to the overall delightful experience, we found ourselves at ease and responsible for our own personal safety.
Wonderfully charming and delicious food. All the rooms are uniquely and timelessly decorated. The original fireplaces and tin ceiling tiles add to the charm. We sat in the carriage room and it started to snow. All the feels of a Hallmark movie. Quiche was fantastic and the hot fudge was simply devine. Everything is handmade with passed down recipes. The topping on the fruit was a nice tasty touch. We finished our time there with a little tour of the home. It was a wonderful time and would highly recommend this charming place!
Beautiful atmosphere and scrumptious food! Emilie was a cheerful and attentive waitress. Reasonably priced and generous food servings! Highly recommended!
Good tasting food and historic surroundings. The menu is small, but ample. Being a tea house style restaurant, they do have a fairly expansive tea selection. The food was all fresh and well prepared. It was not the fastest in arriving to the table, but it was the height of their lunch rush and it's not a fast food restaurant. The wait staff was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Really the only thing that really needed improvement from the visit was that they were out of several menu items that we ordered and were wanting to try. There's a nice little "museum" display upstairs to check out as well.
My wife and daughter took me here and it was great! The food was great, the tea was outstanding, and the environment was awesome! A++
