Our Totally Tuna sandwiches were prepared on over baked bread. It was so hard to eat and scraped my gums. How can anyone use bread like that?

Attempted to order an unwhich lettuce wrap and was told they were out of lettuce wraps. No problem, I said, and asked if they could make it a bowl or salad (they had shredded lettuce for the other sandwiches I ordered) and they wouldn’t accommodate. They are the slowest. Literally wait over an hour for them to even deliver my food. And when you call about it they are completely rude. Don’t go to this establishment. Go elsewhere.

Ordered my food at 1:23 it is now 2:15pm and I just got my food. I am 2 minutes down the street... This is the slowest Jimmy's around. This also happened the last time I ordered about 2 months ago. I waited 45 minutes and ended up cancelling. Decided to try it again. I guess they are still the same.

Went through to order, only car in drive thru. Ordered, went to the window to pay and the kid literally sat there on his phone ignoring a paying customer, he then looked at me stepped toward the window then went back to his phone. I left and they lost a 25 dollar sale. Might want to adress this with

They forgot my bacon. It was a $4 upcharge for the giant size. I drive back from home and the employee tells me hes the one that made it. And he can guarantee he added the bacon. I show him, then he said multiple times in a mad tone that he knew he added it. I told him that hes excusing me of lying

Love Jimmy John's. Had a great service here. The people were very friendly and talkative. Only minor issue was service took a few minutes longer than normal but I did come around lunch time so...
