I tried Pablo's Authentic Mexican Restaurant for the first time today and I must say it was delicious!! Salsa has a little heat but is delicious! I had a chicken burrito, rice, and beans. The rice was yummy, the beans are the best I've had... very moist and not dry still maintaining and thick consistency, and the chicken burrito was so delicious!
Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
Today my family and I went to Pablos, I ordered the an asada Torta, It was wonderful, toasty on the outside and with lots of flavor. The chile gave it enough of a kick to bring out the flavor and not overpower it. I strongly recommend it.
We had our son's 10th birthday dinner at Pablo's and it was amazing!! We have eaten dinner here a couple of times and it was great but tonight was exceptional. They were very helpful with everything we needed to include a lighter for the candles and small plates to serve cake. The staff and food were excellent. Everyone was so polite and enjoyable. I love that the staff was so interested in us having an enjoyable time. Very much recommend and will be back probably soon!

My son loves Pablo's. Mexican food is not my favorite ( American Mexican is basically fast food) but when I do get it, I like going here. Staff is very friendly, food is decent, arrives in great time, and is very reasonably priced. We have met Pablo- he actually owns this place and sometimes waits on tables with great ceremony. This place is fun and close to home..we feel fortunate that they are here in Clarksville.
The molcajete is the best. If you get it get it with no bell peppers and add grilled jalapenos extra spicy it's it's one of the best I've had anywhere.
Pablo is gracious and Pedro is a fine waiter and bar tender. All of the waiters and waitresses are 5 star. The food has never been better at any Mexican Restaurant I've ever been to. 5 stars!!!!!
Love, love, love Pablos! The staff is awesome. Food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Avocado Loco with grilled chicken and loved it. Prices are more than reasonable, the plate was only $11. I eat Keto and it was nice to go to a place with healthy options that are appetizing, not just your typical house salad like other restaurants.
The food was excellent. Service was good. I would recommend anyone to go there. You will not leave the Restaurant hungry, and that is for sure.
The area we sat was extremely loud due to the room design and the volume in which some patrons were speaking (lots of kids). Food and service was excellent. They take great pride in their cooking.
The seating layout is kind of odd and could use a remodel to utilize space better. The area were we sat has a vaulted ceiling and and doesn't muffle conversation very well. Again, this could be resolved with a remodel.
We'd definitely go again, but would request to sit near the bar.

Pablo's was good. Ordered the chicken shrimp and steak fajitas. Definitely enough to share. They give chips and salsa when you first get there. They took my order quickly and the food was ready quickly. Price was reasonable.
Best Mexican restaurant in the Clarksville area. Prices and portions cannot be beat. We always have great service and good drinks. Nice location down by the river. Also great vegetarian options, more than most Mexican restaurants.

Pablo's is a decent Mexican Restaurant. Better than most in town. Pablo's has some strong points and weak points. Your personal likes and dislikes will determine your own thoughts on Pablo's.
Several items to note. Pablo's offers an authentic Tacos al Pastor complete with pineapple, an ingredient often missing in other restaurant servings. In addition, the homemade salsa is authentic and spicy. It is a must have so be sure and ask the friendly staff for it. Finally, the homemade guacamole was different than served elsewhere and was very good.
Pablo's is in the old Pbody's on Riverside Drive Clarksville Tennessee. The older people will fondly remember this as the site of Super Giant Dairy Freeze. I loved a thick Super Giant milkshake, but there were things I didn't like at Pablo's. The chips and salsa served when seated were far inferior to other places. Also, the enchilada sauce tasted like marina sauce. There were other less than stellar things but overall, Pablo's is a good place to eat.
I give this place 10 stars. The salsa is tasty and has just the right amount of zest. I had the burrito grande trio with steak, chicken and shrimp. It was as big as my arm and delicious. The meat is very well seasoned and a lot of it
