There was a thick brown goopy substance spread all over the burger that smelled. It’s like someone’s purposely put something they scraped off of the err grill on the the burger. Disgusting.
As far as food quality, this location measures up to every other Wendy's. The reason I give this location only 3 stars is the service. Now I've worked fast food as well as diners. This location has plenty of workers yet always seems to struggle with getting orders out timely. The workers literally
This particular Wendy's gave me Chick Fil A vibes. They were so nice and my food was hot. One of the staff member's came from the kitchen to ask me what do I need for him to get started. By the time I paid for my good, my order was ready.🤗

Wendy's is one of the few places open past 10 in clarksville so it's always packed full at night. next time you come here, ask yourself if the small sandwich and the coke zero you got were worth the 35 minute wait and the $10 in gas you probably wasted at the drive thru window. not to me
