I wouldn’t even feed a homeless person from here! They don’t care how they send your food out. Not even cheese on my pizza. Called customer care, they didn’t care just said they would send credit to the store I usually go to. So unprofessional
Delivery was well over 40 mins late even after ordering ahead. Got lied to about the food being fresh. Pizza was cold. Drinks were warm. A wasted $26 order. Very disappointed & done with this location. Gave them chance after chance.
Sign in front of store says to text number. When you do, it say be right out. 30 minutes later, I go in and get my pizza, which has been ready 30 minutes. 2 stars because pizza was good.
5 stars to the manager named Destiny Gurley at the Murfreesboro Pike location in Nashville. The night shift messes my order up all the time and we're supposed to give me a replacement order but didn't log it in the computer. Destiny was super nice and got everything fixed.!

My pizza arrived cold and over-baked. The crust was stale and tasted like it had been made hours ago and left in the warmer. I will never order from Pizza Hut again
I paid for a pizza 10 dollar pizza with a twenty and they kept my change and told me i wasn't owed any change i told the manager and she sided with the cashier. I would like to have my change back. Im highly disappointed with this establishment.
