The food was surprisingly good and fresh given how late it was. I was amazed, even the biscuits were fresh. The order was accurate. I would go back.
Glad to see Bojangles has turned around with better service and fresher food. All the employees were very pleasant, and seem to be working well together, even though it was a very busy time of the evening. Keep up the good work!
Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. I was having a nice meal before shooting an episode of my YouTube hiking show " Beyond the Pavement" I got a chicken fillet biscuits. Sometimes it's not great but this time it was excellence.
By far, my favorite chicken. I absolutely love their food and their service is fantastic. Great food, great people.
Went on Thanksgiving day morning and the drive thru line was super long, but went I side and got right through. Ordered a whole bunch for a lot of people and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was fast and really friendly especially seeing as it was a holiday and they were super busy. G

Haven't been to a Bojangles, went in to order to go... Got their crispy chicken sandwich and fries was very good but holy cow didn't realize it was that spicy. Lol
Food was hot and fresh. Ordering was seemless at the counter. Staff had to refix one drink, but he was learning. That was okay and he was very friendly. A lot of dining tables needed to be cleaned. It took a few minutes but staff was able to get the tables caught up.
Southern style fast food chain. The service was fast, the food was hot and tasty. Great fast food experience!
It's Bojangles. I've only been in NC six months and I've eaten at at least half a dozen. Food is consistent which is great. Employees are polite more often than not (always the occasional bad day) and my only complaint is that the location is difficult to navigate due to traffic at the intersection
First time coming here. The cashier was friendly he just didn't know how to work the register. Someone come over to help him. We ordered the 3 piece dinner with fries and a extra biscuit. 😋 The food was great my granddaughters enjoyed it. Will go back
