Service was incredible. Didn’t even feel like a fast food restaurant. It’s pretty cool being able to order from the QR Code at your table and someone speedily bringing your hot, fresh food right in front of you. Highly recommend the double bacon burger with chili cheddar fries and ALLLL of the custard.

Enjoyed eating lunch here. I ordered their Ruben and fries along with a diet coke. The food was ready quickly and delivered to my table still hot. The sandwich was delicious.
The food is amazing, the people are very nice but there is obviously an expectation that you know exactly what you want when you get up to the register and they will let you know even when nobody is behind you in line. The dining room is very clean and well taken care of.
Stopped in for a late lunch. Counter staff was very helpful with ordering. We got the make your own butter burgers and made it a combo. The hamburger was hot and moist. I liked the fact you had a choice of cheese. The fries were hot and crisp. I liked the soda selection. Loved the root beer-very tasty and frothy. My friend is diabetic and they had diet root beer- his favorite. Dined in and staff was out on the floor asking customers if they needed more than once. Truly exceptional customer service.
We visited this place with one goal in mind: to taste the cheese curds. We were not disappointed. The cheese bites were amazing - crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. We also ordered some other dishes, which were equally delicious and fresh. This place offers high-quality food at reasonable prices. If you are looking for a new place to try, you should definitely check it out!
We like coming here for dessert.

I had a butterburger with bacon and fries. I should have gotten the double rather than the single. Even though the burger tasted excellent, I want more meat than bun.
I also tried a scoop of vanilla with pecans and salted caramel. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!

Love the food, love the frozen custards, best fast food around. They are always extremely fast (except when they’re crazy busy, which is often because they’re THAT good.) the food is always fresh. One time I dropped my custard on the way out and an employee rushed to help me and made me a new one, no questions asked. They then helped me to my car so I wouldn’t drop it again, very friendly and great customer service. Only issue is for the longest time I wish they’d offer delivery via Uber eats or something. I don’t have a car but the food is so damn good I happily got an Uber there and back many times. They finally got put on to Uber eats!!!! Yay! But unfortunately everything is restricted to a medium only, no large frozen custards for me so it looks like I’ll continue getting an Uber back and forth. Really hoping they’ll update the options soon and include all the sizes offered for each item! I noticed a lot of reviews stated how they won’t offer much more than a refund or a remake of your order if it comes out wrong, but I don’t see the issue in that. Sounds like people just wanted free food because of a minor inconvenience. I will say, they have never gotten anything of mine wrong or missed anything in my order, and I buy a lot of food, usually spend $60-$70 here so that’s saying something😂. If you’re wondering what to get, their chicken tenders are so incredibly tender you’d think it’s ground chicken, but it’s not. Also the concrete mixer custards are my favorite, but especially the vanilla cheesecake one. The onion rings are great as well, and as for the cheese curds I honestly prefer Dairy Queen’s… but other than that everything from here isn’t even comparable to any other fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too.
Best burger in Clayton, curds are amazing. Charging for ranch lately is insane. Factor it into the meal cost for a sauce. Other than that it’s one of my faves for fast food in Clayton.
The food was great, I really enjoyed it. One of my buddies got their order 20 minutes late, but other than that it was fantastic!
Had an excellent first time visit to Culver's. Everyone we met was friendly. Thank you Michelle for taking our order and checking in on us. My girlfriend and I look forward to visiting this restaurant again.
Yes the food was great, especially a little dessert. But the customer service is amazing. They really believe in teaching the up and rising adults about the working field and giving them a first job. And the employees are excited and happy to help. Definitely recommend to try it out!
