So good. Everything. Sardella Osteria would hits the mark whether you want a more casual lunch or an elegant dinner. The Chef is always adding new and interesting menu items as well. Have the Eggs Benedict Raviolo, it is to die for. The Sardella Burger is the best in town. Honestly, I haven't had anything I didn't like.
great staff, great decor and great ambiance. the food was excellent down to the last bite. the cocktails i tried were also good. not weak or too strong. just right. i will definitely be back. couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Always an excellent time. The staff is incredible, drinks are superb and the food is amazing. 5 stars easily

Food, service, atmosphere.... everything is amazing!
The service was really good. The food was prepared nicely with good portions. The only detractor is that it gets really loud when the restaurant gets mostly full so everybody sounds like they talk over each other. after a long day at work I had to put in headphones just to help dull the noise. so good place for lively conversation, but not one if you were going to have a quiet, private night.
Went for Sunday Brunch. Very interesting and tasty breakfast choices. Service was very pleasant. Food was very good. Very relaxed and casual setting. Was not a fan of the espresso, cappuccino, was little bitter and beans over roasted.
Thanks Sardella for providing a great experience! Best Breakfast in STL. I'll say it. From staff, food, and ambiance, this place can wow a breakfast enthusiast. Well thought-out menu , with a variety of breakfast/ brunch items. The eggs Benedict ravioli was a wow factor and amazing. That hollandaise sauce. Wow.
In a hurry but still want to eat something fresh and delicious? That’s Sardella for me. I was here last time happily enjoying my salad when my mom offered me to try her mushroom hamburger. I have to say, I don’t normally eat meat or any hamburger, but excuse me this was scrumptious!!! Unbelievable!! I’m serious, next time in town will be my first meal, no kidding. Love the decor and all details. At night I recommend doing reservations. Gets crowded.
Loud ambience but brilliant none the less. Ricotta Gnocchi was outstanding. Went back for brunch and food was spot on. Ordered the Cacio e Pepe Eggs and Sardella’s take on Chicken and Waffles (which is Fried Chicken on Toast). Both were delicious. Coffee was also well executed.
Having only eaten the brunch here, mostly everything that I've tried was beyond excellent. The sweets are clearly made by a skilled pastry chef and are far beyond the quality you'd expect from a regular restaurant. The menu options aren't the most attractive, but you'll be pleasantly surprised by what comes out once you order. There's plenty of fresh veggies and good flavor combinations. However, I do find the breakfast potatoes to be a bit underwhelming. Sardella has a beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. I'd certainly consider it to be one of the better places to dine in Clayton!
Excellent brunch. The cacio e pepe eggs dish is a very creative combination of the flavor of a pasta dish with eggs (no pasta is in this dish). The glazed donuts are very good and the coffee is fresh. There is outside seating, but if it is windy, there is no protection.
This is a great brunch spot. A good variety of items. Some sweet. Some savory. All delicious. Also their donut is amazing. Get one. Maybe two. They’re worth it. Trust me.
Great food all around! Drinks were exciting. Service was attentive and helpful. Presentation of the food, beverage, and setting are very nice and not overdone. There is a moderately extensive bourbon collection and there should be something available to cover most tastes (I didn't see anything low end). Great place all around!
This place was amazing. The food was unique and there is a reason that their menu is so small: they perfect everything on it.
The wine and drink list was very long but full of gems. I loved the moscato. My family was pleased and our waitress was perfect, polite, and entertaining.
This was an amazing dining experience.
Great place to grab some easy, fresh, and beautiful brunch with friends during weekends. Hot cinnamon bun is a must. And also their coffee is great. Really simple menu and price is reasonable. Park in the garage next to it, your server is more than welcome to validate that for you.

The wait was very long to get in, but if you stick around they will get you in sooner than if you leave and wait for a text. They should use the area between the two restaurants to serve drinks for people waiting. The pasta and rolls were delicious, but the rest of the food was just ok. We got the braised short ribs and they were a little on the salty and over cooked side. Wine prices are just over 3x markup.
This was our first time dining for brunch. The heirloom tomato egg toast was kinda the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I want to eat it every day and it should be a menu staple. My friend got the ricotta pancakes, which were also to die for. My husband got a Bloody Mary—sooo good.
Amazing restaurant with fresh seasonal items. Definitely recommend the burrata and fresh pastas! And save some room for dessert!
You will receive better everything that you expect. The service is friendly and on top of it and the food will delight you! I loved everything I tried. The cinnamon rolls had to be the best I've ever had!
This place is perfect. Food is amazing. The hostess and waiters are very welcoming.
One of the best dining experiences I've had, ever! Jessica our server was fantastic. We started with the prosciutto platter--all amazing! Especially the rolls, we ended up ordering more! I had the butternut squash soup and the pasta. Husband had the aged ribeye. It was a fantastic meal. We even got greeting cocktails and dessert for our anniversary!

Yet again another fantastic experience! Our server was very attentive. From 5-6:30 you can order a full dinner (appetizer, entree, dessert) for $38. I can't express this enough-- GET THE ROLLS! We had the monkfish, it was delicious!
Fantastic Italian. The pasta was incredible - handmade, clearly fresh, and beautifully balanced. The tomato soup was fantastic, as was the beef main. We came early for their prix fixe menu, which was a great value and definitely worth it. Service was great. Beautiful interior. Highly recommend.
