The food was so good. We tried several different things and it was all great. Service was fast and they were all so kind. Loved it.
Garbanzo is a great place to eat! I really enjoyed the gyro plate and I'd suggest getting fries too. It's a quick option for lunch or dinner, whether you want to eat there or take out. Plus, they have outdoor seating when the weather is nice.
Really nice fresh food, I enjoy their soda, the tractor soda are all nice. I come here for lunch quite often. I always order the lafa(wrap) or bowl. The owner are really friendly. Thank you.
Garbanzo is an excellent fast option for fresh & filling Mediterranean food if you’re in downtown Clayton. The pitas are baked really well, and can hold way more than you’d think. They let you customize it however you like, and it’s great if you want a vegetarian option for lunch or dinner. There’s parking along the street and a couple spaces around back. They have a patio so it’s a good choice if you have a dog.
I was honestly avoiding this place because I don't like garbanzo beans, but they have so much more! The pita pocket was awesome! The guys were so nice to me and my husband, the food was so good, and the restaurant was clean. We had a great dinner.
Really good! Get the fresh pita bread and fresh meat and try the falafel. I have tried Falafel in many other places, this is the best so far. Far prices for the food, I wasnt able to finish my bowl.

Nice restaurant with delicious food. Their wraps are fresh and the flavor feels authentic. Prices are reasonable and the workers are always eager to help with suggestions and to answer any question you might have . Better flavor than a lot of other overpriced Mediterranean restaurants. The somozas, baklavas and pitas are on point.
The food was good but the service was kind of slow. Just don’t visit this store at lunchtime or any rush hour time.
This place is the real deal!! I am egyptian and i am originally from brooklyn ny. My father is one of the original owners of Tge Halal Guys in NY, and to say the least , I pride myself on being a middle eastern food critic. Today I ordered two shawarma plates to go (with too many PERFRCT TOPPINGS to list); JUST DELICIOUS! The order was ready on the shelf when I got there, and the food was EXACTLY what I want! Very happy with my order today. Will absolutely be back!!!
Great food and great people! We've been regular customers for many years and despite moving out of Clayton we enjoy coming back for Garbanzo!

Food was delicious and very fresh. Menu items are customizable so you can build your dish with only the toppings you want.
Incredible place. Every bite is bursting with flavor. Everything tastes so fresh, from the spices/sauces to the rice and proteins. Even their mushrooms are incredible! This place does not even come close to any other Mediterranean restaurant in the area. This is now in my top 5 restaurants and I will be back! Also, the staff is very friendly and the customer service is outstanding.
Awesome! Really enjoyed the Chicken Pita wrap. First time here and the staff was helpful and had great recommendations. Very quick too. Want to come back to try the chipotle chicken.
The bomb-diggity for Mediterranean! Granted I’m new to STL, but my wife is Lebanese so I fell I’ve got some authority to review: quality hummus, good shwarma. A good benchmark for me is the pita, these pitas are well done, warm, soft on the inside
