This place is AMAZING! Perfect place for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or anything special. Great ambiance and vibe. It is open all year around. The food was premium along with the drinks. The service was impeccable, great view of the seaway. Great, great, great! Compliments to the Chef and Chef Staff! Highly recommend the Chateau's Briand for two! You will. It be disappointed!
If I could give this place more stars I definitely would. The whole experience was wondering. Took my mother in law for her birthday on 10/2/17 the staff was very knowledgeable on everything we asked and the food was way more than we expected. Would highly recommend anyone going. Really not a place for kids.

I just cannot say enough about this fabulous restaurant. Last night we tried the Mexican Mondays menu. The burritos with a side of rice and beans was delicious. Cocktails with the house crafted Spirits are very good. The location alone with spectacular views of the River are breathtaking. Everything about this place is 5 Star. So happy they are open year round.
Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch experience. Excellent food and service with a spectacular view of the river. We will be back soon to try more of the menu!
We had a great evening ...their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. They accommodated my husbands special request to perfection . The food and beverages are outstanding . The ambience and the location is great :) we were however distracted by the loud conversation of other patrons from the bar .
My husband and I tried brunch for the first time. It was delicious. We will be going back soon. There are many more things on the menu that we would like to try. It will be beautiful when the weather gets a little warmer and we can sit on the patio.
We had brunch today at the Saint Lawrence Spirits Chateau. Lovely surroundings and very attentive staff caught my attention right away. Our waitress did an excellent job of keeping us happy. Thank you Holly. Last but not least, the food was exceptional. I'm excited for this restaurant. They obviously know their business, customers come first.
We shared the 7 course meal with wine tasting to celebrate our 52 anniversary. The chef and sommelier were very attentive throughout our meal.
This was a fabulous restaurant! I went for brunch with friends during the slow season so getting a table was easy. If you are going late spring through early fall make sure you make a reservation. The atmosphere and dining room options are wonderful. It was raining when I went, so we sat inside by the window overlooking the water. Even on a rainy day it was beautiful. On a sunny day it is probably a breathtaking view (will confirm on a return visit)!
The menu does have clear markings for gluten-free meals, but the chief can also make adjustments to other menu items by request. There were specials that sounded amazing, but I did go with a regular menu item. Our server was also very helpful with any allergy questions in the food and drink department. The meal was everything I hoped for in terms of presentation and flavor.
If you are looking for a lovely place to dine, I would highly recommend giving it a try!
I came here for brunch with friends to celebrate after the thousand islands half-marathon and had an absolutely AMAZING dining experience! Our waiter Stef took such great care of our table, answering all the questions I had about the food (and asking the chef when he didn’t know the answer:), making sure we always had our drinks and food (which came out so quick!) and making us feel right at home with a great conversation in the midst! The food, drinks, staff, ambiance and location are a FIVE star experience!!!
5 star worthy. The staff is professional yet approachable, knowledgeable and humble with their skill of service and cuisine. The setting is beautiful and refined. The chef is creative and adventurous but not pretentious and the menu is diverse. Their bar serves all varieties of beer, wine, craft cocktails and classics. This is one in a thousand( islands). Don’t miss on this gem. Magical.
Enjoyed brunch there this weekend with a party of 9. We were offered one of their upstairs private rooms. The room had a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River and was very private. The service was fantastic and the food was even better. Will be going here again to check out the dinner menu.
Mexican night was absolutely spectacular! Great ambiance, wonderful attentive service. Shawna was the best! Our food was spot on. The food, atmosphere, drinks, staff, and scenery are all absolutely beyond par. I go here as often as I can— it’s one is my favorite restaurants in the North Country when I want to enjoy something a bit more special.
Exceptional brunch with both sweet and savory menu items. Over the top Tiramisu on the dessert menu. Don't miss it!
We went to Mexican Monday and the Goat Nachos were amazing..Shrimp Tacos were killer. It is expensive but what worth having isn't? Looking forward to going back for top tier menu next time.
