Our group received warm service since the second we stepped in. Overall service was fast and friendly. Decor and ambience are rustic but also chic. My favorite items on the menu were the cauliflower, burrata salad and mushroom gnocchi. Ribeye steak and chicken entree were also enjoyed by others in the group. Bread pudding with banana Foster was a great finish to a wonderful dinner. It was easy to find a table on Friday night.
Great spot for a nice classy meal with a homey feel. You won't have a huge food selection, but every dish is well designed and prepared.
Food: delicious!
Menu: inventive & local
Staff: friendly
Ambiance: homey & cozy
Easy 5 stars - high quality food well worth the price! I had the cauliflower and the mushroom gnocchi and it did not disappoint. If you’re into cocktails, they also make their own amaretto, limoncello and other infused liquors.
Incredible food! I highly recommend doing the chef selected courses- you can't go wrong! The food was absolutely divine and much more than I had anticipated. We stopped in as a last minute decision for Christmas Eve and were treated to the most delectable food I've had in a long time. The cauliflower was such an amazing combination of flavors, and the risotto was some of the best I've had. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection as well.
The owner, Greg, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. He even brought out a special plate of fruit for our 4-year old! I should add, we typically would not have brought a child that young to a refined establishment, but were not quite sure what to expect when my MIL made the reservation.
The cocktails were luscious- we tried the sparkling lemon drop and the old fashioned. Last but not least, be sure to try the bread pudding! I am not usually a fan, but this one was out of this world! The seasonal fruits and ice cream created the perfection combination of flavors. If we are ever in the area again, I will insist on another visit.
Great chef's courses with excellent portion size. The other guests are delightful and friendly, the cocktails are good, and they will make your baby a little charcuterie plate to keep her occupied. Will go back every time we're in Cle Elum!
We had dinner on New Years Eve at the Orchard and it was excellent! They had a 4 course or 6 course dinner to choose from. A vinaigrette cauliflower with raisins, squash risotto with pumpkin seeds, cranberries and micro greens, hazelnut steelhead and a goat cheese panacotta with pot de creme. Each course was excellent! It’s definitely fine dining. As much as I eat out and as much as I cook, all 4 courses I’ve never had before nor cooked before which is what I’m always looking for when I eat out, something new to try. The wait staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Great ambiance too.
The bartenders are nice and super knowledgeable. Their craft cocktails, including the French 75 and nutty old-fashioned, were amazing but one that’s not on the menu is Wendy’s special - made with falernum, dandelion jam or “poor man’s honey”, muck cherry, and ginger beer. Doesn’t have a name yet!
Awesome!!
I walked in to this restaurant when i was just passing through.
Never expected it to be THST good.
Got the lounge seat by the window 🤘🏼😜
Asked the owner to serve their specialties, without even looking at the menu. They didn't disappoint! 🤩
Best version of cauliflower i ever tasted! Plain, simple and super good with the sweet vinegar and raisins 😋
Everything came with dark, bitter-sweet beer, that was perfect with the cauliflower.
Followed by a perfectly made NY strip (I think, not sure.. as I said, I let the owner decide what to serve)
Closed the meal with local made amaretto sour!
Best walk in so far! You should really put in your bucket list when visiting this area.
Oh, and the service 🤩 was more than perfect. Family, warm and super welcoming))
Enjoyed it a lot.
