I ordered a NY Cheesecake milkshake but I believe I was given the wrong flavor. Even though it was extremely busy he made a new one for me. He even showed me the flavor syrup I wanted and put it in the shake in front of me. I liked that. It was busy and very hard to hear over all the customers waiting in line so I understand if a mistake was made. Things happen. But he remedied the situation and to me that's great customer service.
