Not surprised this Dunkin is gone. It used be be good but It has gone down hill fast. The employees that worked there were horrible. They put up a sticky sign up that they went to lunch for over an hour so now there was no way to order. It was done so many times and didn’t bother to remove the stick
The guy made a blueberry macchiato instead of a blueberry matcha because I guess they were out of matcha. I was not asked about this, I tried it, and it was disgusting. I asked to have the same drink without the blueberry and it was made exactly the same. So I drank the nastiest coffee I've ever had
So honestly I never leave bad reviews and I love dunkin. But this dunkin makes me feel like I’m a burden ordering here. I work in the mall and get Starbucks even though I don’t like them just cause of how bad it is at dunkin to even order a drink.
Usually pretty good service. Young guy working this morning looked like he was miserable. He’s there often but usually works at nights too. He has a bad attitude with customers. Please fix.
Update 3/13/21 : Same guy still working here, gave the wrong cheese on a bagel. Didn’t mention they were out
They were not that busy yet they were extremely slow. The staff was cold and distant and didn't make me feel welcome. Great cheap coffee. Rosa was a lot friendly than anyone else. Their breakfast is also really good and not frozen like Starbucks. My only complaint is that they pick and choose their opening times, never consistent.
Just trying to get my afternoon coffee and I just got an attitude, hispanic guy like me, but with zero desire of working there, go and apply for another job, there's a bunch of places that love to hire people like you, like with not good manners or getting skill, like you!
Person taking orders was abrupt and impatient and my order was skipped.
Had to ask someone twice about where it was. When I finally got it, veggie omelet on english muffin, muffin was not toasted as requested. It seemed like the place was poorly run.
