Definitely liked the pancakes! They are super yummy and all the plates where great, services was super fast and very good, the only reason I didnt give them a 5 star is because the physical space can have an improvement, I have gone to others IHOP that where much nicer.

Food and service was very good, but restaurant needs remodeling

The place was dirty, the food was cold. The waitress / Hostess was very nice. And she got our orders accurate. But by the time they came out half of it was cold. Which was a little weird since it was only my family, and one other family. In the entire restaurant, the entire time we were there.

Food was good and our waitress was very pleasant. How ever the yelling and inappropriate language coming from the kitchen was truly unprofessional.
