Reviews of Dunkin'

i was just telling my husband on the drive to dunkin that there are so many inconsistencies with the drink i order, and that still reigns true especially for this one. i get a caramel latte with oat milk, and i’m absolutely positively they gave me just a coldbrew with oatmilk— even that would have been better than what they gave me. it is so watered-down and flavorless. they were not super busy, not a long line or many cars in the parking lot, but we waited at the window for our drinks to come out for 10 minutes! the staff was not friendly either, and tried to hand us out someone else’s donuts. the only reason i give it two stars and not one is because my husband’s caramel macchiato tastes alright- not great, but it was made better than mine at least. so disappointed with this franchise.

I have been to this location multiple times, and the staff. unfortunately, is careless with the orders because I have received coffee that did not have sweeteners like requested nor did they care to put it on the side. Also, asked before for sugars, creamers etc on the side for a big order and received about 5 sugars and barely any creamer that would not have even accommodated the order. I am not a review police, but I am so disappointed as this has happened every time I have been to this location. I would understand if it happened once or twice but it’s repetitive every time which shows carelessness. This location needs to do better. In the meantime I am forced to go somewhere else for my coffee.

Just got my usual from this location, great staff, I tip every time. I had to complain because now I am at work with nice hot coffee and a bagel I literally cannot bite through. I have worked as a baker at DD before…. This is easily 24 hours old. It’s also flat as a pancake and not cooked through. The baker complained last time I asked for a fresh bagel because it was “hard to cut”…. Honey, throw it in a bag, cream cheese and knife on the side. I’d rather do the work than pay for a cream cheese hockey puck.

Unfortunately overall most Dunkin locations are very inconsistent. We have bounced from Drew st, Gulf to bay, highland Ave, and lately have been going to this Missouri st location. We stick with the one that consistently taste the same. Today it was literally perfect. Filled to brim, PERFECT color and flavor, and to top it off the cashier at the drive thru (a shorter girl with light brown hair) was EXTREMELY nice to my wife and family. 1/6/22 Chk 1552

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. This is a grilled cheese add bacon and the cheese isn’t even melted it’s just a glob of plastic and on top of that the hash browns were burnt and the coffee taste like hazelnut and I ordered vinella. Idk what’s going on but somethings wrong w their process. 🥴🥴
