We love Dunkin Donuts BUT this location always has an issue. They either can't serve iced coffee one day or use their cc machine the next. There's always something wrong when we come here.

Staff didn't seem to know what they were being asked when asked about their donuts. They were out of the first three we wanted. When we finally found some that we thought we may like, we were handed the wrong order out the drive thru. Food was decent though.

This place is combined with a Baskin Robins, and both are open on the donut hours. So it's never open when anyone wants ice cream. Worst customer service ever. Walked in. 3 people behind counter. No greeting. Waited 5 min. Before I finally asked if they could take my order. There response was, "I'm coming". Out of plain bagels. Great place for a donut shop. Already has the shelves. Very disappointed.

Prices are much higher than mom & pop doughnut shops, and doughnuts not as good. First two times I got stale doughnuts, tasted like day old. Third time was better but still not as good as the two mom & pop shops on Henderson.
