This is my preferred burger king location. Very fast, friendly, and the orders are always accurate. The one in Joshua is soooo slow, I live only 5 mins from it and it takes me less time to drive to cleaburne to pick up an order.
The food is usually fresh, and the service is usually really good. Have had a mistake once in a while, but they're human. The current management is taking much better care of the place than previous management, and the crew seems very motivated.

Just got the sour dough burgers and my dog wouldn't eat it. It was just plain soft bread that was undercooked and dry while the meat was luke warm. Such an f'n waste of money!!!!!!!!!!
Today's lunch manager was abrasive and very loud. Openly making fun of customers and laughing extremely loud. Restroom was too dirty to use.

They don't always open on time. It's been about 50/50 on whether my order has been correct and that don't serve everything from their online menu. I've payed online and had to get a refund for items they don't carry at this location. That's a lot of work for just OKAY food quality.
