Had the chipotle chicken, very spicy and good. Wife had fajitas with chipotle sauce which she liked as well. Waitress told us margaritas were $4, then charged $6.50. Bottle beer was $5.00. I think everything is over priced but the portions were okay.
San Jose's had phenomenal service and great food, if you're like me you wind up spending a bit more, but overall if you're like me you want to try everything. My girlfriend and I got the Sampler Platter on the starter menu that came with enough items to have you filled up before dinner! I got the Huevos De Armadillo and it had a nice bit of spice with the shrimp. The chips and salsa given also had some nice spice in the salsa, and everything tasted exceptionally fresh and was quick to plate. Our server was great and described the different items on the menu for us when we ordered.
We've been looking for a great Mexican food place to eat at and this hit the spot, definitely going to come back next time! Also try the Fried Ice Cream, I didn't take a picture but it tasted great with a large Horchata 🙀
First Taco Tuesday at San Jose's, and it didn't disappoint. Service was prompt and friendly. The menu is large and full of options that all sound delicious. We ordered a side of queso with chorizo and guacamole to complement their free chips and salsa. The salsa is very watery, but the queso and guacamole are tasty! We also ordered their 4x$10 tacos (carne asada and al pastor) plus 2 extra tacos not included in the 4×$10 (chorizo and carnitas) to try out. The chorizo and carnitas win, hands down. We also had the carnitas platter. The carnitas are fried and were a little dry, but OK. Rice and refried beans are so-so. Definitely overpriced on the carnitas platter at $19, so you are probably better off doing the 4x$10 tacos, particularly on Taco Tuesday. Overall, good...perfect for Taco Tuesday if you stick to their 4x$10 deal.

Been here a couple times. It's just so good. My boyfriend and I went there for dinner tonight and Julian definitely deserves a review. He was very friendly, fast and you can tell he enjoys his job. Will be back and definitely will ask for Julian. Thanks again 😊
Very nice restaurant serving some delicious Mexican meals. Very clean restaurant. The food was enjoyed by everyone in our group. Flavors were fresh and spices just right. Much better than those franchise corporate places. Highly recommended.
Our server, Tatiana, was the best! We loved her! I'm from CA and have been looking for a Mexican restaurant like we have in CA. This is the closest I have found so far! I had enchiladas with shredded chicken, and they were really good. Rice was good, and I was so happy that they had refried pinto beans! My only comment is that the beans were a little dry, and both the enchiladas and beans could have used more cheese! But overall, it was very good, and I will for sure be back! And I will hopefully get Tatiana as my server again!
Very nice place. Good atmosphere, good background Mexican music. Looks clean. Bathrooms are clean. Food has good seasoning. Tasted very good, my husband and I ate the whole thing up. Waitresses are friendly and helpful the service is timed very good. They seem to have a good staff team working the floor, gives the place a good flow. I noticed they clean tables right after customer leaves and the restaurant always looks nice and neat. I think is a nice place to go have a Mexican lunch at lunch at or dinner. They had Margaritas 2 for $7 they were really good. Price was reasonable for 2 with margaritas and 2 plates and appetizers. About $50. Oh I had to mention there was no wait when I went there. Was a good experience.
Tatiana was GREAT! She made sure I didn't need anything. The service was quick. The food was wonderful. I bring my Latino friends here because the food is so original.
