I got the Morning Market Veg Omelet with a side of grits topped with butter AND cheese (because, why not lol). Yum! Their whole grain artisan toast

Today, it was a great visit to First Watch in Clermont! I tried the Market Skillet Hash. Plenty of good veggies, goat cheese, and beautiful over easy eggs. Also tried the Tangerine Dream juice. The food here is usually pretty good. Today I ordered takeout and paid $5.36 for fresh fruit. It was just a handful of green grapes and some unripe melon. Not worth the cost at all

The food is really good quality here. There are lots of healthy options available as well as gluten free or vegetarian. The service was very good. The only negative is the restaurant has a high ceiling so it can get a little loud. I will definitely be back.

This place is usually very consistent and tasty. Hence the 4 stars. Today's meal deserved 3 stars, but I couldn't do that to a place that usually does a great job.
My order was late and burnt. It was still tasty but the bitterness from the char was very off putting.
We visited on a busy Saturday morning. The wait staff was excellent all the way from the greaters to table service. The decor is cool and friendly. Don't expected a quiet conversation as the acuistics and design of the building make it loud in the dining area. We had a pleasant visit.
