The absolute freshest I've had from BK in years. Seriously! We at in with two large Whopper meals with onion rings. I attempted to talk to Rafael to compliment them but he wasn't too social, or I would've given 5 stars

We’ve been to this BK multiple times in the past few moths. The best bk we’ve been to. The customer service and employees here are amazing.
Lady at counter was friendly and very cute also. Service was very good.
They got the online to-go order right. Some napkins would have been helpful, but perhaps I did not think to check the "little box" to ask for napkins ...
The staff is trying their best. They need help from the corporate office. The manager was very helpful, but overwhelmed. Please send somebody from corporate to help out with the store. They need a large amount of employees due to the volume they’re handling.
The new staff here are AWESOME! They made one mistake and when we told them they were so patient and kind and fixed it with ease. We visit this specific location often bc we live close. The burgers are great and the chicken fries are bomb! The original chicken sandwich is my go to with EXTRA cheese added to it! I just cannot complain, so far so good. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars and settled for 4 was bc sometimes they don’t fill the fries all the way. I’m sure if I said something they would fill it tho. Just fill those fries up folks and you’ll be GREAT!

Change of management and staff since last year. Very efficient and food is fresh and well prepared. Order come out quick. Prefer over MacDonalds.
