Good Italian style desserts offering cookies, cannolis, gelato and other small cakes. Also offers small bites that you can microwave and eat in their dining area. You pull a ticket and they call on a first come, first serve basis. Interestingly (and perhaps a little slight of hand), they don’t post any prices for their items. You order and the price is a surprise! Of note, they charge $22 per pound of cookies.

3.7 stars. Clean bakery with many sweets to choose from. Lack of pricing made it hard to tell what each item cost. Ordered two drip coffees ($4 each), lemon square ($4), chocolate canoli ($4.50), and a cream puff ($6.50). Cream puff pricing was surprising given that you'd expect a canoli to cost more. Lemon square was more a cake with a glaze on it. Would definitely get the canoli and cream puff agin but not the lemon square. Employees were a bit curt and could've been a tad friendlier.

Quite possibly the first perfectly cooked cheesecake I've ever consumed. Grab a number, get some good eats. Slightly pretentious staff, but worth it. I'm also a dumb country boy, so what do I know? Maybe they were just tired. This is a worthwhile stop in Cleveland. Worth going out of your way a bit. I do like baked goods, and these guys have the 100 year history of doing it right, it seems.

Presti's bakery exceeded my expectations! The vanilla cappuccino was delicious and my family absolutely loved all of the baked goods! The staff was extremely kind and helped me decide on which baked goods to get. I highly recommend stopping in at Presti's bakery if you get the opportunity.

What a place!! I walked in here and felt like a 10 year old in a candy store for the first time!! They have an amazing assortment of tasty treats for all. This is a must go to if you’re ever in Little Italy Cleveland.

Great selection of traditional Italian pastries and bread. Get the bread when it comes out, for me that was Saturday mid morning. Coffee is good, hot, strong. Good place to park with a laptop, outlets are along the back wall. Parking is tough, go up Mayfield or side streets.

Truly extraordinary sweets. The chocolate mousse and cannoli stood above the rest, but it was all amazing.

Presti’s is long running bakery with a fabulous reputation. I do get overwhelmed a bit when I go in (it is often) it seems to be a tourist attraction mixed with locals. On to the goodies. Hey, the pastries are fabulous, the triple chocolate cheesecake will send you out of this world, the lemon coconut cake is delicious cookies are always a good yummy treat. And do not forget the bread !!!!!!!!!!!! If you have been to some local restaurants you most likely have had their bread. Addictive. The bread is very reasonably priced so don’t pass up the bread 😊

Classic and authentic Italian bakery and cafe. Came on a Saturday night by myself. They are open really late which is great… I chilled and read a book. Got a chai latte and also a couple fresh cookies and Tiramisu for my kids. Lovely and unique spot. Was packed tonight and for good reason

Love this place in little Italy! Their pizza is fantastic and the ricotta desserts are top tier 10/10. When you enter make sure you grab a number. They operate like an old school butcher shop and will call out your number when they can help you. Very busy so be prepared to wait a few minutes if you go during one if their peak hours. Quiet on the off hours. Great place to study.

Stopped by for a late lunch. First time I've been here. We had four in our group. I had one of their daily panini sandwich specials. Today happened to be ham with mustard and thinly sliced green apples. I was a little questionable about the green apples but once it was grilled the sandwich was absolutely delicious. It came with a side of coleslaw or chips I had the coleslaw and it was very good also. One person had ordered chicken marsala They didn't do a good job of heating it through but we took it back up to the counter and they accommodated by warming it up some more and they were very satisfied with the dish. Also tried one of their pasta salads which was very good and then afterwards was a little bit of dessert we sampled a raspberry mousse a chocolate mousse some spumante a piece of German chocolate cake and a cream puff All is delicious. The service was very friendly and for being a busy lunch on a Friday afternoon service was quick.

Obsessed! Came here twice during my stay in Cleveland and I already cannot wait to come back. Food was phenomenal and we were left wanting more pastries. Service was a bit hectic, though we came in during a busy lunch hour. You have to grab a number and wait for them to call you, but their number tag machine wasn’t working too well and many numbers are skipped. Our cashier was the sweetest girl who, although a bit nervous, provided us with great attention and care. We got a spinach bread, chicken pesto rigatoni, caesar pasta salad, and many desserts. The spinach bread was divine, the marinara sauce was one of the best I’ve tasted. The chicken pesto was delicious although a bit cold and needed a touch of salt, but wonderful nonetheless. The caesar pasta salad was our favorite, we immediately came back inside to order another one for our long road trip back. Losing a star for lack of cleanliness: -Cashier had a lovely long pony tail, but it would sometimes graze the food as she was grabbing it for us. -Cashiers had one glove and would sometimes grab the tongs with their non-gloved hand, grabbed them by the bottom part which is meant to touch the food. -Water was readily available but we noticed there were bits of sediment at the bottom of the cup. -Bathroom was a nightmare, definitely do not recommend going in there if you’re able to hold it. Regardless, we loved Presti’s Bakery and look forward to our next visit! Just hope they work on their cleanliness a bit :)

This is the only ok bakery in little Italy. The desserts are fresh and it has a pretty good selection. Their schedule is pretty terrible. We drove once for 40 minutes and they closed early on a Sunday due to staff shortage. No online communication for that whatsoever.

When you can't decide what to get at the best bakery in Ohio, you get everything they have!!! Love!

The eggplant in the deli case is one of the best foods I've ever eaten. Cheesecake and creme brulee were very good. The cookies were very dry, wouldn't order them

As good as I remember it but miss the original Presti's donuts up the street. The insistence on taking a number was bizarre, especially because the place was empty when I walked in. The person seemed a bit shook 😂

In spite of everything, you can still get a pepperoni bread and M&M cookie here for $4 and that is what this city’s about! Diet Pepsi is $2.50 which is like not their fault because Big Pepsi needs their slice I guess. Love the ceilings here as well - always good to sit at the table near all of the windows and look at the ceiling. Five stars for sure
