All restaurants, Italian or not, can learn a few things from the way Corleone's goes about making and serving Italian food. The food looks, feels, and tastes fresh regardless of whether it was prepped from scratch. The menu offers a lot of good classic Italian dishes, and the portions are sized right. Service is professional, quick, and friendly with a no-nonsense approach. Prices, not unlike everywhere else, are too high.

A great little Italian restaurant in Parma, just outside of Cleveland! The service was friendly and the food was delicious! Especially the calamari, penne alle vodka, and sea bass! Well staffed place and the bar was huge and plenty of space to sit inside and a nice outdoor covered patio area!

Went there after the CSU graduation. Great atmosphere, staff and most of all the food. Prices were reasonable too. Had a group there and they took very good care of us. The place was busy and our appetizers and meals came out timely. Check out their menu! We were coming in from out of town and just happened to find it. We were looking to stay down town, so glad we were looking around and found this place. When ever we get back to the area this is a must go back type of place.

Warm inviting Itallian restaurant. The outside does not impress but the inside is perfect. Great wine selection, I had the Itallian wedding soup, caprese salad and Kosar dish with peppers and a veal cut.

A hidden gem in Parma. I don’t know how I was late in discovering Corleone but glad I did. I ordered the NY Strip with the Mushrooms. It was superb, and my steak was a perfect medium. The mashed potatoes were also very good. Side note: try the Blue Cheese dressing with your side salad. They make it in house and it’s 👌🏻👌🏻

Decided to take my tastebuds to Corleone’s Ristorante & Bar and ordered the Ferencini. The Ferencini consists of shrimp, calamari, clams, and scallops in a lobster chardonnay cream sauce tossed with linguini. I am a lover of seafood and this dish delivered with a lot of my favorites. I will say the food overall did not have much seasoning or flavor to it. The bread was nice warm accompanied with a nice butter/garlic dipping sauce. The restaurant has a gorgeous setup with a stylish and unique patio. The service wasn’t the best. Our server was eager to get our order but once we got our food she never came back to check on us until it was time to leave. Overall I had a nice experience and although I know it was a few mishaps I still would recommend this this restaurant for pasta & wine lovers.

If you haven't been to this place you owe it to yourself to go. It is a staple of the area, and for good reason! My wife and I usually sit at the bar and the atmosphere is excellent. Jill gives top notch service! The food has yet to disappoint no matter what we order. Authentic Italian food, you betcha!

A local establishment that never disappoints. We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. The atmosphere and plates were perfect.

Great service. Amazing food with great prices! Everything was delicious! I'll definitely be returning.

Phenomenal food! I wish I took a picture of the shrimp appetizer it was amazing! The scallop special’s scallops and the octopus risotto were out of this world full of flavor! We will go back!

The food is amazing 5 stars easily (eggplant rolitini, shared a caprese salad good even given that it is Feb. It will be even better when the tomatos are local). Yummy cannoli (2 to a plate perfect to share). Loved the Italian wedding cake martini. The server was great, very helpful and fun. So you may be wondering, why only 2 stars? We were seated in the bar (not a bad thing and often our choice) and there were 2 guys at the bar just across from us who were so loud and foul mouthed it was unbelievable. They knew the staff so they are obviously frequent customers. By the end of our meal the place was filling up and the noise was increasing and we could still hear every Fbomb laden sentence with no trouble. We loved the food but we won't be back.

Corleone's is one of the best Italian restaurants in the world! Right in our own backyard. Pete and his staff are always spot on and gracious to all of our family, friends and clients from all over the world. Nothing but a great experience every visit and the food is outstanding. Best veal you'll ever find too. Thanks Pete keep up the great work!

Best veal Sinatra I have ever had! Love this place. Great service, great atmosphere, great menu. Never had anything I did not like.

My sister and I had lunch on the patio a week ago. Great atmosphere, wonderful food and Melissa was a great server. We took food home as helpings were large. My Dad ate the penne in garlic and oil and requested that I get it for him again this week. This time we also had the Salmon Loconti and he loved that, also. He claims to not have an appetite after getting out of the hospital but Corleone’s meals are very appealing to him....and us! We will be back.

If you love Italian🇮🇷 food, this place is for you. The meals were all delicious; the service was great and I would definitely come back. We drove 2 hours to celebrate my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday with family. Well worth the drive. Loved it!! 👌❤️

Absolutely the best Italian restaurant in the area! From the service to the menu to the wine list you can't beat this place!!!

Go here when you have time to sit and really enjoy a meal. The service is long (not that they make you wait, but that they give you time to really savor each course and drinks). The food is really good, and if you go on a night with live music it's a real treat!

I am shocked how I was treated today. My friend raved about the happy hour specials so all day at work I looked forward to them. I arrived at 6:30 and the Hostess was nowhere around so I walked into the lounge. I stood there for a minute and no acknowledgement. I went to the end of the bar to look at the Happy Hour menu but that put me in the way so I took the menu to a table, still no acknowledgement so I went to the patio....no greeting so I found a table and sat there for over 10 minutes. Finally a bus boy asked if I would like a water, i said yes and told him my situation that worked bc the Hostess showed up with menus but implied I snuck in. Anyways I told the waitress i was ready to order and she says..."The specials are in lounge only! " then walks away! Seriously! Who does that. I have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant.
Jeff Biery
Awesome food, with the best service anywhere. When in Parma it is the only place I will eat.
Jason Kuack
Great place. Pete knows how to treat people best food around.
Suzanne Marie Gibson
Great food. Great jazz music and atmosphere. Great drinks and desserts. A nice place to get dressed up for night out.

Excellent dinner on the patio to celebrate our anniversary. Great food, wine, service and ambiance. Thank you.

I want to start by saying the service was great!!! I ate at the bar and Jill was wonderful!!! I ordered the Calamari and that was pretty good but my dinner no so much. I ordered the Veal Parmesan with a side of Angel hair pasta. The veal was not a very big piece to start with and It was very chewy. The Angel hair pasta was mushy. Someone way over cooked the pasta!!! Can't say I'd be back. Sorry!

Definitely a hidden gem in Parma, OH! Food was excellent as well as a good wine selection. Marlon has a great eye for detail as well as great creativity for the dishes put out! Will definitely be back.

This place was soooo good 5 stars are not enough. I’m from Denver, Co and we needed a restaurant Wednesday evening and found Corleone’s. My wife had soup, salad and spaghetti and I had seafood with linguini and both were fantastic. The drinks were excellent and fast, just like the service. If you are from or passing through Cleveland, please try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic wine bar. Friendly, attractive bartenders. I had the Veal Chop special and my wife had The Calabrese, both dishes far exceeded our expectation. We will be back

I
am finicky about Italian cuisine, having resided in that country for
many years. I also appreciate value when dining out. So it can be a
real challenge to find venues that satisfy on all levels. Most
times, it's simply finding something acceptable if not entirely
laudable. That's my finding with a recent trip to Correleone's
Ristorante on Broadview Road. The
location, nestled in a strip mall on Broadview Road, had some
elements of refinement that do elevate it from the unremarkable.
Even the wood entrance doors have a sturdy feeling.

With
a good size bar and patio area, this location appears prepared to
host lively get togethers. The dining area, dimly lit, with a faux
fireplace in evidence, is mapped out in a room that could feel
constricted when full. (My companion also thought the hostess station was untidy.) Fortunately, that was not the case as we
arrived for an early dinner around 5 p.m. Most of the seating
appeared to be bistro tables that could be arranged for larger
parties. Singularly, our table was undersized and again imparted an
underwhelming feeling.

Once
seated along a curved wall, our server approached with a perfunctory
greeting and inquiry about drinks. Cherie, who did not identify
herself initially, began an impartial service. Granted, I am not
especially rallied by staff who exhibit a conjured enthusiasm either.
I am always more impressed with staff who know the daily specials or
highlight the most popular or best dishes on the menu. Didn't get
that response from our server so the journalist in me began the
investigative process. Perhaps I stirred the pot somewhat when I
revealed to Cherie I did food blogging as her manner became more
alert.

At
that point, she did suggest some of the more popular dishes when prompted though
she was at a loss to relate what the daily specials would be as Chef
Mayorga had not yet identified them. That's a bit curious as one
would think that an award winning restaurant (according to Open
Table) and one identified on Cleveland.com's A list would have better
planning and that the Chef was not simply cobbling together
something.

There
were also several specialty drinks on the menu that went unsung by
the server so we opted for just wine by the glass.

With
ethnic restaurants I always want to know who on the staff represents.
Cherie, when quizzed, did relate that no certain individual claimed
Italian ancestry and that the food represented recipes of note.

Next,
I like to know how the meat is prepared, specifically sausage and
meatballs. Cherie hailed them as especially large and a popular
favorite but could not immediately confirm their composition. (The
better ones have a tri meat mix of pork, beef and veal.) She did
head to the kitchen to find out.

The
meatball, at $3.00, was well sized and doused in a good, serviceable
marina sauce though throughout the meal, we both thought most items
were underseasoned. As a concession, diners will find a small, but
stylish salt shaker on the table.

The
restaurant does offer a lunch sized and specially priced early bird
menu. We took a baked penne and meatball selection from that and the
eggplant rollitini from the main menu. Soup and salad came with the
early bird, while just salad with the other. Frankly, both soup and
salad were non descript with minimal presentation and the standard
two grape tomatoes and red onion strands. Again, a couple of olives
or something would have elevated this item.

On
the plus side, while the bread was from Orlando bakery, it was fresh
and warm. The server also makes a dipping sauce of infused olive oil
and Parmesan cheese on the table.

The
entrees served were acceptable though again curious that the
rollitini as it is listed on the menu were not actually rolled. A
minor point perhaps but the term is used incorrectly if the
presentation isn't made. Most likely, it was left unrolled as the breading was
not as malleable as needed and the eggplant strips fried too much.
The flavor notes of the dish were fine though, I forgot to specify
that my angel hair pasta be “al dente” and it was overcooked as
well.

Calling
to Cheri, I remarked that the eggplant wasn't rolled. She replied
she knew I would probably say that – knowing full well by now that
my interest in the dinner was heightened. She mentioned something
about the appetizer rollitini that I didn't fully understand but I
complimented the taste in any event.

Yes,
I am fussy. I think most diners would agree that when you spend more
than $50, you have some expectations. The server and I shared some
thoughts on the evolving nature of dining and her views and stout, if
less than lively, promotion of her establishment is noted. One
couldn't help but think that her manner reflected her desire that the
night was over rather than just beginning.

My
grade: Just okay. Not worth a second trip for me, but nothing that
screams – I can't wait to come back. Primarily, because of the
distance as there are plenty of Italian cuisine locations
closer.

One of the Best Italian Restaurant's in the Cleveland/Parma area. Seriously if you have not tried Corleone's please do so. You will be totally happy you did as the food is wonderful. I cannot even say which dish I like best as I have had many different one and each of them as good at the first.
And if you can try and get there before 6 during the week and you can get a fabulous meal soup salad and beverage included for a fantastic price. Pasta, chicken and veal dishes are included on the early bird menu. I used to live about 3 minutes away and now am at least 30. It is still worth the drive. Yes, the place is a bit on the smaller side but for me that just makes it more intimate. I sure wish they would consider putting another Corleone's in Brunswick/Strongsville area.

So long early birds. Corleone's used to have a kick-butt early bird menu. Lots of choices, fresh fish, good pastas. I went there quite a few times for the early birds. Soup, salad, and a nice entree for around $15.00, give or take. I knew they were changing their early bird menu, but I wasn't expecting how much it would change. You used to have choices in soup, salad, and like I said, multiple entrees. Now you are limited to ONLY Italian wedding soup and ONLY Italian dressing for your salad. I used to get blue cheese dressing regularly, WITH blue cheese crumbles, which I didn't even ask for, they just came. Now they are charging 50 cents. Is there a blue cheese shortage? You need 50 cents that bad? I hate when restaurants do that just because they can get away with it, especially when they didn't before. Sounds so chain restaurant-y, local diner to me. The salads used to be decent too; now just lettuce, a couple of onions, and 2 cherry tomatoes. Entrees are limited to chicken or veal parms, marsala, or piccata. Only side is linguine with a not-too-good marinara. They used to have a nice grouper with fresh vegetables, but that's gone. So was the really good gnocchi. The rest of the menu is just a bunch of ordinary pastas and a salmon. Eggplant parm was burnt and chintzy. Baked penne was not baked and was only meh. So sad to see such a good thing go. Won't be back for early birds, but maybe that's the idea? My take is, why offer it if you really don't want to do it anymore?

I was very disappointed. I had high expectations and asked to eat at Corleone for my birthday dinner. everything on the menu looked amazing nothing lived up to all the hype and advertising weave we have heard about CorleoneS. my appetizer was supposed to be a risotto with cream sauce and the scallops were cooked it very well but the risotto was just rice with corn and not very creamy at all actually pretty dry. the next course was my entree a lobster special the only special thing about the lobster was the price. How do you make lobster mushy not over cooked, not hard and robbery, mushy? if that was a 10oz tail... The asparagus was hard and raw, and the potato au gratin was a pile of mashed potatoes with something in them I chose not to eat. My boyfriends Chilean sea bass was not Chilean sea bass if you know your fish you can tell the difference and even if you don't know your fish you could tell this was not a Chilean sea bass. From our appetizers to our entrees everything was tasteless and bland there was no flavor in anything. My first drink was horrible as the cream broke, and we still were charged for it even when I complained and switched drinks. I forget to mention as did our waitress, we did not get our bread and olive oil until after our appetizers, after our salads, and just as our entre came out. We planned on a nice meal and thought the meal would be a little on the high end but this was the Worst $160.00 we've ever spent, and on such poor food. I should have let him rake me to Triv's in Strongsville for a good meal. I guess we are going to really look into a place with that much hype more closely. Oh yeah, Happy Birthday to me.

Best Italian food in NE OH. Whomever complains about this restaurant is obviously not Italian & does not know what grandmas cooking tasted like. This is THE BEST Italian restaurant...hands down!

Disappointed. I was so looking forward to trying this place. I had heard such good things about it. The first thing that I found off putting was the hostess wanting to seat my date and I in the bench seats directly between two other parties when the entire length of the bench was unoccupied. When asked if the table was ok, I said "no, why do we have to sit on top of each other when there are many more open tables (they were not busy and we had a reservation). So then she seated us at a small two person table directly across the small aisle way from the first option. And proceeded to seat the next 2 parties all in the same corner. There were five parties seated right next to each other in one corner and the entire length of the bench was still vacant throughout the entire dinner. The service was very inattentive. Drinks went empty and were never offered refills. We were never offered anything in fact and had to track down the waiter for the bill even. As far as the food...this is where the real disappointment came in. I ordered the NY strip steak for $32 because it said it was aged for 22 days and I've had aged steak before and it was divine. This steak was not seasoned well, had no flavor, a lot of gristle and honestly I would have rather had a Longhorn steak. Majorly overpriced for a poor quality piece of beef. My date had a penne dish that was good. But then we decided to get the tiramisu for dessert. Worse tiramisu I have ever had. In fact, I'm not sure how they even called that tiramisu because it didn't resemble any I'd ever seen. If I ever went back I think I would try a pasta dish as I think they do those well but the whole experience really left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

One of the Best. This is one of the best Italian restaurants in the Cleveland area. It is simply divine. Many of the pastas of homemade or purchased from someone who makes them and comes out piping hot and fresh! Oh and did I mention that it's fresh! The only downside is that it is a little pricier, but I am willing to pay a little more for high quality. I can not say enough good things about this place. The service is also very good!

Lasagne is the best! Stay away from tiramisu-- dry and flavorless.

From someone who doesn't write reviews. As shown in the title, I don't write reviews ever for restaurants. This is the first one i've written, but I thought I should share my experience here to enlighten others who are considering eating here.

When first walking in, you look to the left and theres your bar... completely full, look to the right and there is a dining area... also nearly full.. a very good sign that the food is probably good.. Then you are greeting near immediately, and sat at a table. Sometimes the service is a little slow at first, but the service is actually rather good compared to about 90% of the fine restaurants that I have dined at.

They start you off with a salad, and your traditional bread + garlic, cheese, herbs blend. I do recommend you get the house italian as it's quite good. The bread is perfect.. crispy on the outside and incredibly soft and flavorful inside. It's good stuff.

The dish I tried was the Homemade Lasagna, as this being the first time dining there I figured if they can't do lasagna right... they probably can't do anything else right. Well, after trying the lasagna lets just say i'm willing to try just about anything on the menu at this point. The lasagna came out extremely fresh, just out of the oven.. Was perfect (please note: if you do not like cheese, you should not order this dish as it's plentiful in cheese), but if you do love cheese as much as I do... this dish is phenomenal. And they give you a LARGE portion for what you pay for. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but you don't have to get the most expensive dish on the menu. I like that the restaurant has such a large price range, anywhere from $12-50 a meal so whatever you are in the mood for it's available.

I ended up leaving a nice tip, and took home a considerably large meal after eating about half of the lasagna at the restaurant!

Overall in my opinion... Best Italian Restaurant That I've Ate At In Cleveland/All Of Ohio... (I've ate at probably 20 different italian restaurants in ohio)

Hopefully this gives you (the reader) a good idea of what to expect here.

Love It!. My cousin is a chef at Corleone's (Vito), He's a great cook! I love getting the Gnocchi Capone (Potato dumplings sautéed with mushrooms, onions and bacon in a spicy marinara cream sauce) It's sooooooo good! They give you so much and they gnocchi are done right. I highly recommend this place and think everyone should try the gnocchi at least once!

Good Italian Food. Travel to Cleveland often for job. Have eaten at Corleone's several times always having something different. I have not been disappointed by any of the meals. Very healthy portions with good homemade sauce and pasta. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good Italian meal.

Early Bird. You can't beat their Early Dinner special of soup, salad, and entree for only $12! The food is fresh and home-made, and the quantity that you get is worth way more than $12. The patio is nice during the summer months.

Superb. This place is my absolute favorite! It is a little pricey, but, the food is always great. I have never been dissapointed. The ambiance is perfect for a romantic evening. My husband proposed to me at this restaurant! Everything on the menu is worth the price! Well, except for some of the alcohol selections ... they are a little overpriced!

Another Local Fav. This is another local fav, but again, because of supply in demand, they've become REALLY pricey ! This used to not be so with this restaurant 4 or 5 years ago...

LOVE This PLACE!!!!!!!!. If this ristorante was in Monterey Cal, or any major "foodie:" location- youe wait would be 6 months and price 4x higher- EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
