Not bad, service was fast. Just did dim sum. The pork was fantastic. I managed to squirt custard bun guts all over myself, so, don't squeeze their buns.
It was a satisfactory, sort of nice utility experience in a stereotypical way. Apparently weekends are better. If you want basic dim sum prepared well, this seems to work.

Such a fun dim sum place with amazing food! Servers came around with carts filled with food, where we chose different dishes. (Dim sum may be lunch only, we didn’t see the carts during dinner time). We also ordered entrees, and they were all great. We loved all of the dumplings and bok choi. And food came out real fast. I want to go again soon!!! 🥟🥬🍚🍤🥢

Excellent dim sum. Love the atmosphere. The staff brings out the food on carts and you just pci what you want. Be careful though because it can add up $$$

Excellent food and polite and quick service. Authentic dishes served hot and fresh. Best hot and sour soup I ever had! We had an excellent time and wish we had room for more. The table next to us ordered the pupu platter and will definitely try that next!

Prompt friendly service. I love the dim sum and the bubble tea here! The bbq pork buns are a favorite of the whole family and my daughter loves the shrimp dumplings.

Love Li Wah! It’s a must stop every time I go to the attached grocery store. Do not eat before coming here, because you will not want to stop. Delicious every time.

Came here with a group of 20 and they were very accommodating. Dim sum was solid and everything hit the spot. If you're ever craving Chinese food or dim sum, this will do the job. The manager (i think) was super friendly with his incredible smile and all the servers definitely made sure we had enough food.

Anyone who lives in Northeast Ohio knows if you crave traditional dim sum you’re only going to find it here. There are a few dim sum restaurants but they do not compare to Li Wah. I have been coming here since For 30+years. The staff is friendly I’m a regular here every Monday. I prefer to avoid the crowds. This place always reminds me of NYC…….

The food was good, we liked the desserts as well.

Li Wah is beautiful. The architectural design is beautiful and comfortable, with very bright colors. The host was very kind and timely. I ordered sesame chicken. It was very juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I enjoy my entire time at Li Wah.
I will visit again.

Great food. place is dated But food is really good. Understand they do real Chinese food so if it says spicy it's hot 🔥 by Americans standards. Because it's real. If you can't deal with really spicy just ask them to calm it down. Across the board Great food. I really recommend the dim sum. Yet you can't go wrong with anything they offer.

Delicious dim sum, I wish they had more vegetable options for dim sum though. Friendly staff, clean dining area. Good prices

I revisted this restaurant today and haven't been here in a while. We ate lunch, and it was still the best like before. The servers are friendly and very helpful. Our order was made and served hot in a nice, timely manner. The servers and once the manager also kept checking back with us, which is great customer service

I've been coming here for years but haven't been since last two years but there getting a little to pricey to me! They want $5.50 for a small shrimp wonton soup and it only had 3 wontons in it. Thats just ridiculous. I was highly disappointed. They even want $3.50 for 1 shrimp egg roll! Wow! Then my egg roll i got was double fried in old dirty grease. I don't think I'll be back for the price. I can go down the street and get way more food for my money.

My favorite dim sum were the fried shrimp balls and the shrimp and cilantro dumplings. The bacon rolls were a little too rich. Didn’t really like the sticky rice. Everyone was super nice and service was very quick.

And my food was cold and dry

Loved it! Our first visit. Quiet afternoon. Service could of been a bit more attentive. Food very good. Dining room very nice and spacey. I would suggest updating and cleaning the restroom areas, and minimizing dish carts near dining space though. We will return.

My wife and I always find the time to trek this direction if we desire some awesome Chinese food. Tuesday, 2/21/17 was nothing differently. After an evening of a movie preview screening, we decided to culminate the night with our usual siomai, crab rangoon, yong chow fried chicken, minced pork eggplant chili sauce and curry beef with onions.

Ordered through a delivery service. Food was awful. Shrimp in Egg Foo Yung was though and so was the Orange Chicken. Couldn't chew it. The food wasn't fresh, it was old and reheated. Will not order from there again!!!

Service started out fine- then got our food, finished our food and waited 38 minutes until I finally got someone to give us to go boxes and the check. It was 330, by NO means busy, but several tables were seated after us, groups of three and four, served, ate and left.... and we were ignored.

Authentic and delicious dim sum in the heart of cleveland. Fun Sunday treat.

Love dim sum! I'm from California and recently relocated back to Akron. So sad Akron doesn't have any dim sum restaurants but the 45 min drive is SO worth it for some food dim sum!

I have eaten here many times, and have always been very pleased. Last night was horrible. The service was the worst. We waited 45 minutes to place our order. Half our appetizers were missing, little things like sauces not being served, drinks being refilled etc... And then one of the people in my party found what looked like ventricle parts in his beef stew. He couldn't eat it, and they didn't take it off the bill. The worst part was it was my birthday celebration and I picked Li Wah. Not sure if I will be back.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Delicious and world class.

The food is always good to great at Li Wah’s. Service is excellent, with a very large selection of Dim Sum, besides being able to order off the menu.

Very good for lunch, $$. You can get a little carried away with selections of Dim Sum. And lunch entrée was on point. If you get before noon, it more quite.

This place was great. The dimmsum was so good. I had bbq pork buns, shrimp dumplings and won ton soup. Everything was super tasty and pricing was great. I'll be going back as soon as possible!
