I love five guys. They really good burgers and really yummy fries. My burger was made to order correctly which is not always the case. I had a nice lunch with a friend. I personally have never 100% like the atmosphere of five guys. It's very upbeat but somehow it's just off. This is my issue.
I feel grateful to this specific store, the cashier saw that we are Spanish-speaking and to provide a better service, I am looking for an employee who speaks Spanish even though I speak English...the treatment was very pleasant, this is inclusion, there should be workers Spanish-speaking to help those who do not speak English so keep it up
Best French Fries cooked in peanut oil, like being at the fair!! The Double Cheeseburger is AMAZING!! The Chocolate shake with BACON !!!!
The food is good. The service is good... It's not that the atmosphere is bad. It's more like my wife doesn't feel comfortable going there alone and refuses to at night type of thing.
Good quality. Long wait at lunch time to be expected... l asked for a side at the register which didnt make it to my bag, when I checked and asked for it the top wasn't secured, spilled all over my sandwiches on the ride home 🙃
Very clean restaurant inside and out! Help was professional and polite. Entree’ was hot, prepared correctly and quickly!

Five Guys is a really good hamburger restaurants. My burgers were juicy and they were delicious. The only thing I did not like was the atmosphere it was not as clean as I would like it to be but it wasn't a dump. Great fries and good service.

The employees here are so nice. Service was outstanding, the restaurant clean and food was great. This is probably the only five star review I would give to any place in steelyard. Most of my experiences in steelyard especially in regards to employees has been negative. Thank you five guys and their wonderful employees!
