Such a great place, perfect for meeting up with friends for food and libations. Great for conversations... Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious and beautifully prepared foods made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is Artsy but not pretentious. Can't say enough good things about Opal and the staff, already looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic update to the bar. Great, diverse clientele. Really great staff, helpful, friendly and pleasant. Food has always been good here, but I think it has gotten even better! I am happy to write a glowing review as I had left a negative one 3 years ago which I recently deleted. I am so happy to have such a great spot in the neighborhood !

A group of 5 ex Metro residents go together to eat here last night. First time for all. In the old Theos which I have some great memories of. Ample parking in the back with an entrance there. Great shareable plates including dates and stuffed peppers(my favorite). Dinners were excellent including my scallops over risotto and cod, steak and sirloin. Going to come back when they have the ossobuco going. Desserts 'ok' but not outstanding - changes weekly though. Staff excellent. One was a sommelier and couple of us left with some wine. Will be back. It wasn't busy but they don't have that many tables even tho the restaurant is a good size. It's dominated by a very large square bar area in the middle of the restaurant that could accomodate about 20 people(guess).

I liked Open on Pearl. The food is good and the drinks were strong. We had the grilled romaine that was *delicious*. The flat bread was also good and fresh. The fries are coated in cornmeal which was an interesting but nice touch. The server was friendly and we were able to social distance bc it was not too crowded. Music was a good volume. Not too loud. Apparently the menu changes frequently which is fun. I recommend this place.

Enjoyed Opal's Restaurant Takeover with Twisted Taino! Great Columbian food and specialty cocktails! We will definitely be back for their regular small plates!

Salmon dish was well pre-portioned, but the steak dish no no no. It was 2 small peices for a high price. But the bar staff was great

We hosted our monthly networking event at Opal in November. It was a fantastic experience for all our attendees. The customer service was great, the food was perfect, and they provided us with our own section for our guests to move around and connect with each other. We look forward to hosting future events here.

Loved having a drink here. Super friendly, interesting and tasteful decor, light at just the right balance. That last bit seems particularly difficult to manage, but they've done it well here. Stop by if you get the chance.

Lovely Friday evening spent at Opals. Great atmosphere and excellent food. The margarita in a martini glass is wonderful.
