If you're looking for an incredible burger, Shake Shack is your place! Awesome burgers and even a great chicken sandwich... who would have thought! The service was very good too.
It didn't take long to get my order in, right after selecting what I wanted at the Kiosk! :3
The ambient atmosphere inside the restaurant matches with the mood I'm getting, as well as the amount of cleanliness the employees have topped off!
Pictured is the Avocado Bacon Burger and Cookies and Cream milkshake! The fries are also crinkle! The burger is a single patty and I would recommend going with the double patty. At least that is my plan in the future! This location is on Euclid and is very close to House of Blues and the Jack Casino
It's sooooo tasty! So yummy burgers!! We ordered a classic shake burger (I guess) and another one with bacon and peppers (chicken shack). It was really good! Perfect sausages, fresh spicy sauce and tasty bun. After returning in NYC I want to taste more dishes in this chain 💛
I go here often, I just recently tryed they’re Chicken Shack & I love it! In my opinion it’s the best chicken sandwich I had. If you haven’t already.. you should definitely give it a try! It Goes even crazier with a touch of they’re BBQ sauce 🔥 situation!
The food is a little pricey but it is ABSOLUTELY delicious and I LOVE that there are vegetarian options.
This place has amazing shakes. We ordered a chocolate shake and cookies and cream. Delicious. They have some games that are free to play in the restaurant. 💚💯💯
First time trying Shake Shack was quite surprising. Double Shack burger, fries and a few samples of shakes.
Burger was a solid 9.3, a touch to greasy on the bottom bun. But the flavour of the beef was shocking. There is no comparison between this burger and a in&out burger.

I had the best burger and fries yesterday…normally I would never go to this location but I went to see the wiz at the palace theater and was pleasantly surprised to see this location downtown…the manager there that day was so great and the cashier she was super nice but the food was better than I’ve
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because all the food I had was absolutely delicious (double Shackburger, bacon cheese fries, "fifty-fifty," and a vanilla custard cone), but the service was disappointing. The front end was quick and the 2 people I spoke to were very nice but the whole food
We showed up and there was no wait which was nice. I love that they have huge tables for larger parties. I ordered our food and it came out pretty quick. The grilled cheese we ordered I wish I wouldyve gotten a photo it was absolutely pathetic it was smashed completely flat with barely any cheese on
The grill cooks were very friendly and harassed us on our Bills outfits in Cleveland. 😉Food was great as always, and don’t be afraid to try the shake shack beer or Sauvignon Blanc. Both were very good. These guys were working hard the entire time we were in the restaurant.
This place has some great food , but expensive, and small portions compared to their competitors. I had the Korean Bbq chicken sandwich, and fries with cheese . The taste was excellent, the chicken sandwich was small looked like it belonged in a Happy meal .wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t 7.4
Average shake shack, they have a big tile advertising the avocado burger but it's not on the computer menu. Interesting how you get free lemonade refills in Chicago but not in Cleveland. At over $4 you expect at least one refill.
