Crispy fries, great burger with the softest house made poppyseed bun, and from a pretzel and cheese connoisseur, the best pretzel around. Oh, and the milkshakes are great too! We are glad we don't live locally, otherwise we'd be here every day spending our money!

This place is a whole vibe, made a 42 min drive to visit, and was 100% worth it. The char su bbq wings were a instant choice. Justin made me a old fashion that was on point while making 1 addition to it I asked for. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. The Autumn Tart was a very nice and honestly fantastic end, paired with the Justins version of a Bees Knees drink. Sweet dessert, lightly sweet lightly tart drink worked very nicely. 10/10 experience overall

You ever start a day in a bad mood, then eat something so good you can't help but smile? Good Company will do this for you. Having eaten in a lot of great places in the Cleveland area, I have to say that Good Company is by far my favorite place. The atmosphere is excellent, the service was fast, friendly, and attentive. The food, in all honesty, was next level good. Best wings in the city, and their Smash Burgers are so good they will linger in your thoughts long after you finish it. A place I will be returning to often.

Went to Good Company for dinner after my husband mentioned that one of my favorite chef’s did a video and featured their food. I tried their two signature drinks - the snow queen of texas which sort of tastes like a margarita and lucky strike which sort of tastes like a Manhattan. I liked lucky strike a little more than the snow queen, but both were good and not very sweet (thank goodness). For the food we tried their chickpea wings (very unique, and very moist falafel like- which I love) with the good tasting char siu barbecue (not very sweet-thank goodness) and the 72 hour chicken wings in Dad’s hot sauce blend with hot celery. Everything was really good but I couldn’t stop thinking about the celery and the next time I want to get the fried version of it- so good! I also got the surf and turf with the added crab lump meat- honestly, the lobster beef jus didn’t taste as lobstery to me, but I loved the sandwich and the house made bread. We also got a side of their blue cheese dressing- again very good. Everything was great. They make everything in house which is incredible. The place is huge on the inside and totally vibing! Our server was incredible.

Everything about this place is incredible.. one of the best burgers I've ever had. The wings are fall off the bone delicious and the hot sauce is amazing. Decent beer selection and the boozy shakes are pretty rad. Sunday steak dinner was solid as well. Can't wait to go back.

the cheeseburger was so good. Quality beef and the bun had nice toasted seeds. You can tell everything is made fresh to order. The staff were bringing all the positive vibes as well. You can tell they enjoy working there. I didn't get the wings but they looked amazing.

Awesome vibe and good food. Call ahead if you want outdoor seating. The bar looked very happening and the beer cocktails were good. There were a surprising number of good vegetarian options including their signature "good one" burger with two patties to choose from: black bean and chickpea. We ordered the latter and it was kind of a hit or miss as some of us liked it some didn't as much. The chickpea wings were to die for! We chose the Thai sauce on the side and it didn't disappoint either! I wasn't a fan of the strawberry honey cake dessert but I'll let it pass. A side note that there is a kids menu too but the ambience is something I would enjoy without kids 😉

Excellent service from the server, Lauren, and I believe the gentleman who ran our food was Antone. From the host to bartender, everyone was extremely friendly. I found this gem via TikTok and I’m so glad I did. We ordered the fried chicken skins, which I was not too crazy about, but everything else was good, especially the wings and the Good One. If you have a smaller appetite, then you might want to get only one patty.

Such a cute place with an amazing vibe and excellent service. Lucky Strike cocktail was $13 and delicious. We went on Sunday so it was steak day. $13.99 for a 6 oz steak and rosemary fries. I got it with the compound butter and it was delicious BUT I wish the fries were on the side instead of under the steak. The fries got a bit soft from the steak. My hubby got the wings with Dads hot sauce and they were delicious.... But $13 for 6 wings is a little much IMO. Those are the only reasons I give 4 stars and not 5. We'll go again and try different things!

First off, let me say that Good Company has delicious wings. The Garlic Pecorino are sublime, and fall off the bone. I have been there multiple times since they opened, and it has always been good. However, I went the other night and ordered the Good Boy and fries and my meal was SO salty that I could barely finish it. In fact, I didn't. For the price, I want it to taste like I remembered it. Delicious, rich and balanced but not overly seasoned. This was *extreme* salt overload. Maybe it was an off- night, or someone new in the kitchen, but for me, it left me feeling puffy, thirsty and overall, disappointed. Watch the seasonings- Good food doesn't need that much!

Went here to try the chicken skins. Food was okay. Prices were typical for the area and atmosphere. Service was so so. May want to ask them to go lightly on the salt, but that wasn't a huge deal. It is listed on the menu that some of the apps/food items are seasoned with certain salts.

From the time you get there to the time you leave they make you feel welcome. The building is a real cool place renovated from an old place. It has a lot of unique characteristics.. When you walk into the door they greet you right away and come right there to seat you. The seating areas are roomy and comfortable you can seat quite a few people in one table. I got the surf and turf sandwich and added crab. It was sirloin with crab and a house sauce on a hoagie bun. The bun was amazingly soft and delicious. My wife got the burger and ranch seasoned fries. Again the bun was fresh and seemed home made . My wife said it was the best burger she's ever eaten! My daughter got the house specialty chicken wings. Which are marinated for 3 days, smoked than deep fried! They literally fell of the bone and were delicious. She also got the spicy season fries which were terrific as well. For dessert we tried the cake cream soaked with honey. It was a 4 layer cake and was definitely rich in flavor and done right. All on all this is a place we will definitely be going back too. Thanks again for a great dining experience.

Excellent service, great food. Great shakes. Great atmosphere. NA beer selection. Excellent coffee. For some reason, the mint I got in the bathroom messed my tongue up, though.

Excellent food and service. Our server, Jamesha was so great and answered all of our questions. She was amazing. Very fresh ingredients. Their desserts were house made and so yummy. The wings that are a type of garlic parmesan were so good. The chicken skins were good. My daughter devoured her burger. Each day their salads differ based on the vegetables that they have available daily. The flavors were unique but excellent. If ever in Cleveland again, we'll be back.

Really cute place. Love the interior textures and colors. Neon signs cool. Nice service. The pickled veggies were delicious. We got the fig bbq and dads hot sauce wings as well, both killer. My bf got a burger and it was so flavorful. The only downside is parking and trying to find some. We got lucky and got last spot on street on Sat night. Will be back!

Old review: (see new review below) The food was really good when it came out warm and overall I think the service would have been good. I'm not sure if our waitress was busy, overwhelmed, or what but she didn't do a great job checking in on us. The other servers seemed to be providing great service so ill chalk it up to her having a rough start to the night. My veg boy came out cold and I let another waiter know and he and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job making me another one and sent out complimentary buffalo celery root. They were soooo good! It's been 3 years and I'm adding an update. New review: Service was excellent today. The pretzel service might be the best thing I've ever eaten if not for the chicken sandwich. Do yourself a favor and make it hot. Highly recommend giving this place a try. It has come a long way in the past three years.

One of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland! Good Company has never made a dish that was anything but extraordinary. I love how the menu changes as the seasons change but there’s still the classics year round. The chefs passion for cooking up deliciousnesses.. you can taste the love in the food! I have gone here three times in the last month because I simply cannot get enough and I love the atmosphere inside. The staff is some of the most kind, attentive, and knowledgeable that I’ve ever been served by and they all seem genuinely happy to work here! Happy staff= amazing food !! Whatever they’re doing is the recipe for years of success and I love taking my loved ones here!

As a near west sider, I’ve been here a number of times (and done takeout) and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. I’m choosing to leave a review now because of my experience at the bar tonight. I had a Cleveland Independents gift certificate that didn’t expire until 2025. Apparently, Good Company is no longer a member of that organization and thus, can’t honor the certificate itself. Nonetheless, understanding that from a customer perspective it would be unfair since it wasn’t expired, the manager still took the amount off my bill and sent me home with free take home dessert (which I’m eating as I type). She was very understanding and kind. Our bartender was great—she struck the perfect balance between attentiveness without interrupting/intruding. This place has my current favorite burger—The Good Boy. The homemade poppyseed milk bun will change your world…soft and pillowy but still with the structural integrity to be able to hold the burger load. Probably the only restaurant burger I’ve had that tops The Good Boy was the (now defunct) Black Pig burger. I couldn’t give a higher burger compliment than that. Additionally, I know this sounds nuts, but I really didn’t care much for chicken wings until I had theirs. They completed converted me to being a wing lover in middle age! The service has been nothing but genuinely friendly and accommodating each time I’ve been in. The atmosphere is fun and a little funky without being pretentious or trendy. You can’t go wrong spending an evening here for dinner. As the cherry on top, they have a few diagonal parking spots in front of the restaurant and a small lot on the side. Love Good Company!
