What's up guys and gals, it's been a while since I've posted on here, I truly apologize.... So recently the wife and I were out doing a little shopping for the house and got hungry so we stopped at Applebee's in Lyndhurst. I'll get to the point, the food was great, piping hot, we didn't have to wait long because we went around 1pm so it wasn't crowded... It was a great experience, we've been to Applebee's multiple times and this one was the best. Can't remember our waitresses name, I'm sorry but she was nice and helpful. Our food was delicious and our drinks were A1 and strong! (This was a good thing, strong drinks are always a good thing, lol). Check the photos... Oh and the price point was good, we spent probably $70 altogether, we have two apps, two drinks and two meals.
We were seated instantly. However, we waited 12 minutes before we were even acknowledged by a waitress. We decided we'd wait 3 more minutes and leave and miraculously someone came over almost instantly. 🙄 Applebee's has 1 of the best happy hours but with such horrible service, it's just not worth it. We waited an equally long time for service of any kind. The food was good and cooked exactly as ordered. The atmosphere was fine. It wasn't busy at all, which made the long waits annoying.
First time at this Applebee's and everything was great. It's always nice to be greeted when you first walk in the door. We immediately sat at our table by the server. Anthony, our server was pleasant and knew the menu well and was patient intking our order..
We receive our food in a timely manner and at the right temperature to enjoy while eating.

I probably have never been to an Applebee’s before, and I really don’t know why… I have to say from the time that I walked in somebody will seat you… it’s a casual atmosphere. I went to the one at the Greens off MAYFIELD and Brainerd perfect spot. The food was really good. I was very surprised. I had a steak and a sizzling platter with mashed potatoes that stayed hot the whole time!! I loved it I thought it was very good came with some mushroom and onion, I did order a side salad under four dollars people. My whole meal came up to like $26 and of course I tipped her 20% at least servers anywhere need to have a decent tip in the state of Ohio. They barely make enough to survive so gratuity. I’m sure it’s something that they look forward to. My steak was cooked perfectly the way I wanted it rare. Everything was very tasty. It wasn’t overpowered by seasoning at all. I’ll definitely be going back, and if you can ask for Heidi, she was wonderful! I’m glad that I was given a gift card for this restaurant ….
So, I started by walking in and was told that there was a 15 minute wait… I ended up waiting about an hour and I’ll assume this is due to short staff and I used to work at restaurants so I completely understand. When seated, there was good service and well mannered people surrounding my table. When ordering food, it was simple and easy and respectful. Not a long wait it between food and my mozzarella sticks were cooked nice and my mushroom grilled burger was also a great treat.
Great experience, has been many years since going to an Applebees before this trip. Had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes as they appeared short staffed, but who isn’t these days. Food was great and a great price.

Went here for my birthday. They were clearly short staffed. 15min wait to be seated, but didn't mind. Seated, taken care of by Steven, who was also the manager. Very nice gentleman. Food was delicious, dollaritas were delicious.
Always loved window seats , they made that happen enjoyed the TV right above very relaxed experience service great.
Both times we went food was good and service was great. Was able to be seated right away each time. This last time I tried the unlimited boneless wings and was full off the first plate. Will continue to frequent this location.
My husband and I usually order our favorites which are the Chicken Alfredo and Quesadilla burger from Applebee's a few times a month. After ordering from this location he refuses to order his burger and Alfredo from any other location. The Alfredo dish is creamy, hearty, and noodles not to soft how it should be. I had one instance where the Alfredo was a little watered down. When I called the manager she handled the situation in a professional matter and since then we have not had a problem. The Quesadilla burger is made how we asked: well done with no pink. It's delicious and not dried out. Keep up the great work staff!
Ordered take out from here and the team was wonderful! They were funny and kind and helped me get a somewhat off-menu order put in. Samya was a big help and super fun and the manager of the night was friendly and helpful too. Good experience all around :)
