When I entered the line to order, barely let me get in the door of the restaurant. The ladies who were next in line to order eventually left as their order was never taken. I saw them get spoken to a couple of times, so they were at least acknowledged. From what the main worker was saying, there were 2 very large pick-up orders being constructed, which was causing chaos. It also appeared that maybe 1 person knew how to do things and all the other workers were early trainees. Eventually, I got to place my order. Eventually, I received my order. I think I received the bottom of the french fry bin as the cup was almost entirely fry pieces even too small to dip in the ketchup. Sandwich was ok - a little dry.
Great hot sandwiches. Everything is made to order and expect 5-10 minutes to receive your food. Fresh squeezed lemonade and hand cut fries are a great pairing to any sandwich. There’s usually a table to sit at even around the lunch hour.
Love the fresh fries. the sandwich was cool. The person rang me out not so much , but I got an attitude because I asked for ketchup.
This is probably one of the best Penn Stations I have visited. The service was great and the food was even better. I would definitely recommend this location, and would visit again the next time I’m in Cleveland.
We had a good experience at this Penn Station Subs location! The food was excellent! The service was good, and the dining room was clean! We will be back!
The food is good and freshly made, though depending on who's working, you'll either get nice individuals or you may get people who may have been having a bad day, and it's coming out outwardly.
Awesome! Ladies behind the counter and grill were personable and friendly. I think the one was the manger and she seemed to treat her team very well too which is so important for employee morale.
Food was grilled perfect, fries cooked perfect, lemonade and ice tea was good too.
Everything was clean too; employee workspace, dining room and restrooms. Very clean.
I have never had a bad experience at this location.
Thanks Penn Station Steelyard!

They greeted me right away wheelchair-accessible handicap parking right up front clean environment atmospheres great. But the only thing I didn't like is when they said that they try to find me while they didn't do a good job cuz I was right out front of the door on a bench smoking a cigarette talking to a friend or my phone so yeah they didn't do a good job on finding me that's the only thing they didn't do a good job on. Lol. But now it's an exceptional place I love it.
Food is always good, employees are quick and efficient but it's definitely loud with the cashier having to yell the number and size of the fries down the line. For a lunch or even dinner not bad... But between the employees yelling what they need to and ESPN sports center being in the TV usually it's not a conducive environment to leisurely spend time.
