Horrible. You would think at a time like this places would try and at least try and make an effort. Called 3 times and was hung up on. Website says delivery still but no only carryout. Then you get wings in soup of sauce not even missed. Was so nasty!
If I could, I would put zero stars. Placed an order for pizza & wings. Was told when I arrived, she decided to cancel my wings. Her excuse was I "burnt" em & shrugged her shoulders. Was not offered another order. When asked was told she didn't have time. Customer service was NOT part of her training
The store was completely understaffed. Only 2 girls working at dinner time during a Browns game. They gave another customers order to the wrong customer and had no idea where my order was or when it could be remade. I ended up leaving without my ordered food.
The pizza cheese and toppings wasn't fresh, and the crust was hard. Being a hardcore Pizza Hut fan, I could tell it was a recycled pizza they reheated. And the cinnamon rolls were also burned.

Everything was garbage! I wanted to order for the clinical staff at Cleveland Clinic it's my 2nd week and I decided to treat my shift to some good pizza, instead I was embarrassed didn't know pizza can taste so poor.
Clean the main entrance and outsides of the store. Clean the plexiglass that separates the customer and cashier. My pizza did not have alot of pepperoni on it, and tasted doughy. Thank you
The customer service was horrible they were rude. The app needs to be updated and let customers know when their not taking orders online instead of taking our money and having us drive all the way to the store.
I really appreciate the employees at this pizza hut they give you 100% effort and try to make sure your order is right.
