This DD is pretty good. There's always a long line in the morning because of the university students. The food and drinks are made fresh but there is a long wait time when there are a ton of people here. The staff are usually pretty nice and friendly but you do have a few people who work there who don't have the best attitude. Orders are yelled out and placed on the counter with slips under them so it says what is ordered on it. It can be confusing at times when some people have the same orders though.
I had this craving for a frozen coffee that probably made no sense to get on a cold and rainy day but I made the trip. Thank you to the very nice cashier that took care of my order. The drink was awesome! And....it was free doughnut day when you bought a drink. Bonus!!
Honestly my favorite Dunkin to go to. All the staff is incredibly friendly. The donuts are still great tasty later in the day so I never feel the rush to get there asap for fresh donuts.
They're the best, always helpful, and they always recognize me and my usual order. It's been kind of hard being away from home and caring for my parents but they're always in top of there game, always along about my dad and how I'm doing. Wonderful Dunkin donuts!
Plenty of seating. Nice , clean , with Dunkins new (to me) super selection of iced coffees and the like. Easy parking and food was ready for us quickly. I ordered a coffee latte? Which was delicious.
This location is very convenient. The employees are also very friendly. Dunkin donuts has the best coffee, but they could really work on the consistency with how it is made. Some days it's great, other days it's terrible.
Love this Dunkin - a frequent study spot for me as a downtown resident. Always clean, quick and prompt service, and an interesting crowd of locals, visitors, and sports-goers. I especially love the staff, who are always friendly and kind!
The lady with the black and red Chanel mask—I think her name is Diane—is an absolute joy and makes this Dunkin pleasant to come to. She’s quick, adheres to all the COVID safety guidelines, and goes above and beyond to be friendly. Bon Appétit, Dunkin corporate, whoever: she deserves a raise.
Recently I visited this location and after receiving an iced beverage that was less than full, recived a free "AGT Tumbler". The manager was tending to the floors when I brought the drink from the pickup counter to the cashiers counter to verify if this was how their drinks were to be served. He apologized and while he corrected my drink, I wanted to purchase the Dunkin AGT Tumbler, he insisted I take it at no charge. The overall experience, from the views, to the location, and to the manager who helped me, was great. My complaint/concern: more training or observation of the staff.
I love this place! Best DD around that makes my coffee right and I've never been unhappy. You guys rock!! I am definitely a dunkin addict!
It was fine! Hey Case students... mind not wearing headphones for a second so that you can hear your name be called? Duh.
I was not aware that they have a new social distancing protocol for waiting in line. I think they should use a better way to use their signage to illustrate this. The service was good
